Stockwerk 2 viel zu dunkel, vis a vis Parkgarage. Unbedingt Stockwerk 12-24! Badezimmer sehr klein und total veraltet und gebraucht - schrecklich!

Great staff, comfy beds and awesome pillows. Right in the city centre close to businesses, cafes and shops.

The rooms had an excellent iron and ironing board. Shower was amazing. Free newspaper was a nice surprise.

No bath tub. Television had limited channels with no remote.

The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. From the minute we left our car outside and the concierge took ownership without taking our $ and then followed by the fact that when I had a query about my room, they very quickly and attentively arrived on the scene and moved me to another room when I didn't even ask. The beds were delicious. Soooo comfortable too.

Staff remember me and know me by name. I am always made to feel welcome; if I ever have any questions they are responded to promptly and professionally. I have a choice of where I stay and I choose to stay with you. Nowadays it is further away from where I work than it used to be; I walk the 20 minutes every morning and night because of your people. Treat them well.

Fantastic room and amenities, as described in advertising. Lots of space in the room and great location.

Very noisy at night with surrounding street noise. Horrible coffee in the room.

Beds were very comfy - quite a pleasant surprise. Very good facilities in the room for a young family, loved that there was a washing machine and a dryer!

One of the ovens had an old dirty cooking tray in it...who knows how long that was in there!?

Facilities in room - great to have access to washing machine & cooking facilities but still enjoy the 'hotel' experience

Group of youths in room next door partying from around 9.30pm - 12.00am when they were eventually removed from the hotel. Disappointed at hotels slow response - felt very uncomfortable and intimidated when I went to my room and was greeted in the hallway by youths in hoodies. Spoilt the overall experience and my evening .......

There is considerable noise from nearby bars and nighclubs from all floors in rooms on the rear side of the hotel

The location of the hotel and the design of the building. The staff were professional and very helpful.

We didnt like the fact that we didnt have a clue which street to go up to get to the hotel entrance to park the car. We were very upset that the restaurant was not open all weekend. We were informed on booking and on checking in that it would be.

There was the washer/dryer. The apartment was spacious.

There was an hour each day for free wifi. But an Indian girl receptionist didn't want to give 2 free wifi codes, and we have two tablets. Quite stingy for these, when most travelers now will look for hotels who give free wifi for the whole stay.

the suite was big and comfortable, all the facilities including washer and dryer are in the suite. location right in the shopping center.

Handy to the stops for the Airport Express bus.

Lots of street noise as it was a Saturday night.. a bar in the lane way with very noisy patrons and a nightclub(?) nearby with their "doof doof" music going till 3 am! The Hotel needs to use double glazed glass.

We were thrilled to be given an upgrade to the Penthouse which was beyond our dreams. We are a group of friends in our 60's and 70's who go away for a few days once a year. That is our second trip to City Life in Auckland and we have been once to City Life Wellingtion. We gave our grand-daughter and partner a night at City Life Auckland for her 21st birthday which they loved. My husband and I have also stayed there twice before. It is soooo friendly, sooo clean and a pleasure to stay there.I truly want to say again a BIG THANK YOU for the thrill of the upgrade.

This is a New Zealand issue all over - how about free Wi-Fi whenever you need it - instead of parcelled out in 100mb units?

The staff were very helpful. The suite was clean and tidy and roomy.

There was a lot of noise from a nearby nightclub on the first night but I guess you have to expect that when you're in the city centre.
