Right in the middle of Queen Street. Very convenient with the nearby mini supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Within walking distance to Sky Tower and Viaduct Harbour. Had to call the hotel staff twice about the baby cot that I had requested in advance. |

I liked the fact that when they knew we were there to attend a family wedding in the afternoon they upgraded us to a room that had been cleaned so we didn't have to wait til 2.00pm.They also informed us that two of us could travel to the airport in the hotel taxi for less than using the airport shuttle. |

Breakfast was great and staff in restaurant were very good. dated decor. Not enough blankets even though I had said how many guests we had. Not enough towells. left one of the beds unmade. We paid over $800.00 for 2 nights 3 bed executive apartment and got 3 units with adjoining doors. No view. dark and dingy. |

Location The shower door wouldn't close properly so each morning the bath mat would get soaked and there'd be a wet bathroom floor. Also while I booked through the company credit card, City Life did not charge it back to the card - I had to use my own. I've not experienced this anywhere else. |

very well located for shopping and access to major attractions. The rooms are spacious (I took a executive suite). I had a problem with the shower , but it was solved very swiftly, and I appreciated a little personnalized note of apologies. not enough facilities for internet access (only one desk and the fees are too expensive). They should rent laptops so the customers could acces internet in their rooms. |

Facilities were more than expected for the price. Location was excellent - convenient to public transportation, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The price of internet connectivity. At less expensive hotels, wireless connectivity is free. Even the daily rate was exorbitant. As a result, I didn't use internet very much. |
