Central Location to Wellington City

Our room did not have airconditioning & got very hot & stuffy even though the outside tempreture was not high

Very happy with the early checkin time as requested. Decor was attractive.

Staying at the CityLife made our trip to Wellington a lot easier. This was due to the location which meant we could do our shopping without having to drive. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we could need. My only criticism would be that they send the address for their reception which is still in the same building but to drive there you don't enter off Lambton Quey.

Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. Very professional. The room was great and very comfortable and attractive- even a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room was huge and great value for money. It was modern, exceptionally clean and fully equipped with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was centrally located with easy access to Wellingtons shopping and bars and a short walk to Cuba Street. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful.

The location was excellent and was very comfortable.

I would have liked a second shower. There were four of us in the apartment and it would have been useful.

The location was very central and next to everything. Private, spacious, quiet room.

The clothes dryer didn't dry our clothes - just pumped condensation around the room.

The spaciousness of the apartment. The location was superb. Staff were very helpful. Excellent bathrooms, lovely hot showers. Having it serviced every day.

Not having a view. A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful. ( no egg flip)

it was an ideal location within walking distance to everything. the apartment was great tidy and very comfortable

the kitchen appliances where dated and the pans were less than satisfactory.... lost 12 eggs as they didnt cook properly at all and i am a cook so knew what i was doing

Separte rooms and kitchen facilities were good.

The TV didn't work properly. The washer did not spin so we had to wring out our clothes to put them in the dryer that seemed to take forever to dry the clothes. The shower door covered only half of the tub area so water was going out on the bathroom floor. We were on the 2nd floor and looked out on a wall. Check in was on the 6th floor and the parking area was difficult to find.

The location was great for shopping, cafes & dining. The unit was very spacious

The only thing I didn't like was the double bed was very uncomfortable, so much so that I slept on the couch the last night.

2 bedroom apartment was spacious, good equipment level etc, but the interior is still a bit dated somehow. Needs some freshening up and oomph, though the basics are well and truly there to work with. staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, no matter what issue or what time of night or day. Cleaning of the room was done in a way, you never noticed they came and went. I was left some chocolates on arrival because they remembered it was my birthday.... a lovely touch !!!

Ridiculous in this day and age, not to have free wifi in the room, ....have to go to the foyer with your laptop. Urgh!! and this considering that immediately out the door of the building and all along the main street for miles, the city provides free wifi access.
