We loved our stay, however the above questions are a little difficult to answer due to the short duration of our stay (late check in and early check out) which meant we didn't get much of an overview of what the Copthorne Hotel Christchurch Central had to offer. What we did see we thought was great and definately worth another visit if the opportunity arose. |

Very friendly and helpful staff! Always willing to answer our many questions in an efficient and cheerful manner. Hotel is also located in a very convenient part of town which makes it easy to walk quickly to any major attraction. The noise level could get kind of high since it is very easy to hear the goingons in the hallways outside from your room. |

Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice facilities. Not pretentious but practical and functional - a good deal for the cost. |

We had an excellent large room overlooking the park. Very quiet and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast (extra cost). Location just perfect for city exploring on foot |

This was an excellent hotel to stay if you want to spend all your time in the city or a great place as a base for travelling around the countryside. |

Conveniently located within city centre, 5 mins walk to Cathedral and near to eateries. Comes with free parking. I thought 0800 is a toll free no. and later realised from my bill that I have to pay NZ$1.50 for the phone call to the IT helpdesk which was made because I was disconnected from my 2-hour Internet service even before the time frame. |

Valet parking included and worked very well. Lifts were small and old and clunky, but they worked OK |

In general hotel was nice and services were functional. The room itself was quiet and spacious. In addition there was good car park and central location for downtown. Lack of coziness and romance. |

The staff were very friendly right from entering the hotel, they made me feel welcome which sadly doesn't happen in every hotel. I appreciate friendly smiles! |
