the service was great real professional we enjoyed owe stay the location was great and handy, the place was clean and tidy we only stayed for one night.

the tv channels that we had there were a couple that didn't work that great it was hard not that great.

Bland. Meagre continental breakfast.

It was a great centrally located hotel. Close to shops , restaurants and cafe'S. A short walk to most of the things we wanted to see and do and a short drive to a great winery that we visited for brunch. Okurukuru is just devine. Hotel was Neat and clean and had friendly staff.

Having to pay for Wifi. In this day and age all Hotels should have it free to paying guests.

The rooms have connecting doors to neighboring rooms which are not sound proof. We had two disturbed nights because even normal conversation voice levels came "through the wall" - it was like being in the same room.

when we arrived the member of staff at the reception was not friendly.we took a while to locate our room and went up and down stairs. The tv reception was poor.the spa didn't work.

Facilities in room, size of room. Reception staff were fantastic.

There was a lot of noise from the water pipes.

The young man on the desk was very good and changed our room when I said I was not happy.

The rooms are dark and the first room was like a cell. It had every thing you want in a room but we did not want to stay in the room for long. We also had a support beam in our so call superior room not good.

Size of the room was great for us and the kids. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spotless. The receptionist got someone to empty the minibar so we could use it ourselves and this was done almost immediately! (didn't catch her name but she was older than the other receptionists we saw)

The younger receptionists could have been a bit more friendly almost ignoring us whenever we entered or left the hotel.

Excellent check in/check out staff. Very friendly bar staff and wait staff @ the restaurant.

$15/day for internet access. Internet access has become a must have for travelers and business types and should be inclusive in the room rate.

This hotel is well,located to shops and restaurants. We found it a bit of a rabbit warrant inside with all the twists and turns we had to take to find our room. I guess this is because it is an older building and that is the way it was designed. On the whole we had a pleasant stay.

Our restaurant menu in room was out of date so options we had chosen were no longer available. Bit disappointed with meal, not what was described on menu.

The staff were nice and it was clean/comfy.

The tv wasn't very good, channels didn't match those on the card beside the tv and it stopped working at one point. Also the channels in general could have been better/broader.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the makeup remover facecloth - great idea!!

No price list for the mini bar walls were rather thin (had to listen to neighbours enjoying a bit of afternoon delight) Great having the chefs right in the restaurant cooking, but didn't lend itself to the ambience with the head chef scolding the new chef all the time :)

I thought it was poor, that the room we were staying in had no bedside table. If you are doing renovations let guests know before hand.

Access to the cafes for the evening meal was very central. Car parking was available. The rooms were very clean and well presented. Thank you for the table that arrived on the second day.

The room we had was dark and claustrophobic. We hankered for some daylight. Could the tiny window in the living area be expanded. However, we slept very well! Keys were temperamental, too.

It`s a standard hotel, nothing better, nothing worse.

Very tired
