The location is excellent and close to Courtney place with the nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms were great. The quality was average, but the bathroon is poorly set up. It was impossible to turn the shower on without get wet. The water did not drain away prperly. The toweks were small. The room was warm but the hotel was quite cold. |

Excellent views across the bay, short walk to city center. The room should have had a safety deposit box, but didn't. I like to store my valuables, which couldn't. |

The location, view, balcony, bed, space, The coffee in the Dining room, I would like to have known about the small bar/coffee area, just outside the dining room initially as I would have used it. |

The location was excellent as it is right next to Te Papa Museum and the restaurants of the Courtenay area. It has fabulous views of the harbour and while not in the centre of the shopping area is not too far away. The front of one drawer of the furniture came off. I assume that the furniture is of moderate quality. |
