Great location. Friendly helpful staff.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were very nice.

The pillows were not comfortable at all - they were too large and hurt our necks. The pool could have been a bit warmer.

Rooms were superb . Staff were brilliant. Food was delightful on seventh floor to view city. Will definitely be back with family as soon as possible.

Parking not good, but solved by valet parking arrangements. Internet charges too high.

We got value for the money we paid and were given a breakfast promotion special of $10 for the full buffet.

The bar prices were quite high at $17.40 for one Tui beer and one brandy.

Staff member didn't inform me that the restuarant next door was closed when I enquired about it.

Front desk staff were excellent and helpful at all times. Restaurant menu excellent / great food enjoyed by our guests.

Key cards were not working for 2 days - kept being given temporary key cards that did not work - I did not enjoy returning to desk 3 times before staff member opened room for us!

Being embarrassed at the front desk in front of other people saying we needed to pay as the payment from booking.com hadn't been paid through to them. And when I questioned them they basically spoke to me as if we were trying to get away without paying. Also to pay $25 to have our car securely parked when in fact it was just parked out the front (unsecured) and when I questioned that I was what I believed lied too and said it was when in fact we arrived back at after midnight it was out front. All in all extremely disappointing service and attitude from staff to the point I will not stay there again.

Room temperature was good I liked the wee balcony off room 1025 check out was quick & easy room views are awesome room service was good

2 lifts to get to the 10th floor no breakfast condiments on the breakfast tabe - 1 big pot of marmite/peanut butter - was not busy but given only 1 available, caused a bit of a queue whilst cooking toast

Service both at reception and at breakfast was poor. The hotel was bland and disappointing and over priced for the facilities.

That we were able to leave our mountain bikes inside receptino area secruely was much appreciated. Location was great-excellent to be able to wlak straight in to town. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Friendly helpful staff

That I wasn't told that there would be an extra $25 charge for parking. I phoned up when booking online to check that there was off road parking available as we had 3 mountain bikes with us but was not made aware of the extra cost on top of the cost of the hotel.

Very clean & spacious room. Convenient location. Can walk to seafront just opposite the road. Friendly staff only been seeing in room cleaning but not at reception.

We arrive lately at almost 10 :30pm. a crossed lady in receptionist helped us check-in. don't know whether we book through booking.com with a lower price that she offered us a high-level room that need to change 2 lifes and walk 3 long corridors before we get into the room. when checkout, even the Manager served me, his crossed face seems unwilling to help me in doing so. don't know whether it's the culture of this hotel~

Excellent value for money - especially when I was handed a $10 coupon which I could use for various upgrades for $10 eg $10 breakfast or late check out.

Seemed understaffed in the afternoons. One guy was on and was clearly not coping. The two gus on the counter in the morning where nothing short of amazing. The variation between the two times was great. During breakfast was greeted by a very nice Irish sounding girl. She was worth mentioning and was such a pleasure to come across.

the incredible views were the highlight of this stay and was the only thing that made it worth while. the chair with foot stool was nice too.

the pillows were too big and puffy with no alternatives, to get a good night sleep someone would have ahd to bring their own pillows- not acceptable!. the price of parking... we used public parking and it cost us about $6 instead of the $25 which the hotel was charging. our room was not ready when we checked in at 2pm and had to wait a further 40-60mins. no where to park your car when checking in or out - we got blocked in. not enough milk and hot chocolate in room for a family of four :-(
