I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is situated in the Downtown close shopping malls, restaurants, pubs and the sky tower. The housekeeping service is not good enough regarding the quality and name of this hotel |

My second stay in a month and I'm still impressed. Excellent service all round. The breakfast buffet was Euro/American style which was good but I would have liked more Asian options too, eg rice, miso, etc |

good nd ideal location staff courtesy sure,,i stayed for 2 days 11,12oct checked out nd went for my work at matamata, came back on 16oct friday, just because i liked the stay before, came here, but you jacked up the prices for me rather than offering a better deal my protests nd objections binu mathew |

Absolutely everything - from the initial greeting at the check-in desk to the check-out 2 days later. normally I think that the bar/lounge/ restaurant areas are unfriendly and too open, too "cold" looking, but this is really pleasant. I wanted to stay longer! Even better, I got a promotion for a fabulous massage at "Bliss", next door, it was also excellent. |
