The Japanese restaurant in house is a real gem. Breakfast was great, Room was good Internet costs were excessive. I woudl strongly recommend that you provide free internet and use it as a point of difference in advertising. If a 3star hotel in Romania can provide free broadband internet why can New Zealand not do so? |

The food in the restaurants was excellent and the staff were most pleasant. The sound-proofing between adjoining rooms was very poor as was the sound- proofing of the windows against road traffic. The windows are only single glazed. |

I like how their employees are cooperative and helpful to help us to find and answer any question and willing to give us different choices for example for the program that they think it will be suitable for us. When I was having difficulty to explain what I want or need and the staff didn't get me!! :) |

It bills itself as a five star hotel but is really four star, not having shops in the complex. The restaurants are fine, but in keeping with NZ generally, does not cater for late night dining. A good four star hotel but not outstanding value for money. |
