Distinction Luxmore Hotel    

Ruime schone kamer voorzien van koelkast en andere voorzieningen.

Enorme geluidsoverlast door gebruik van het sanitair door de naastgelegen kamers. De kranen maakte een oorverdovende herrie. Ook waren de bedden versleten. Er zaten kuilen in het matras.

The Distinction Luxmore Hotel is an excellent hotel located right in the centre of Te Anau. The room was first class.

My only criticism is that wifi is only available in public areas, not in the hotel rooms.

We were checked into and given a key to an occupied room. Wireless was very poor.

We had a spacious comfortable room. Plenty of free parking. No room safe, but there was secure storage of valuables at reception.

The very friendly receptionist who was chatting,asking me about my day. The comfort in the bedroom - felt like a lovely sanctuary and fantastic rate it was too!

One receptionist didn't convey message to Trips and Tramps that I didn't want to take Milford Sound trip I had inquired about a few weeks before (I sent email saying I didn't want to proceed with booking as since my initial inquiry I had made a booking with Southern Discoveries). Consequently, a voucher was delivered the night before the trip and I was asked to pay money for a trip I never took by reception upon checking out. Even though I had told the man I spoke to over email that I didn't want to book a trip through t and T. So was not very impressed with the poor comms!

Wi-Fi too slow and only 100MB for 2 hours duration!! Doesn't work at all.

The shower head leaked

After an initial confusion with another hotel we were very happy with the accommodation and facilities. Lots of space and good location for restaurants.

The internet connection was not very good. However it was freely provided

There is no other reason to stay here, just for Mildford Sound trip.

Very courteous front desk staff Good sized room with decent bedding. Nice interiors, bench-tops, TV. Having a Gym is a good plus Free Wi-Fi in the reception / lounge area is good though little bit slow.

Too noisy in the bathroom when the people in the next room flushes their toilet

LIkied the place , lots of tour group which were no no problems . Easy to get anywhere, Had our pick up for our tour from there. good parking
