Està molt ben situat, just a la plaça de l'estaciói d'on surten els busos per anar al ferry, etc.

Hi he estat 2 vegades, la primera tots els mobles necessitaven una netejada però ja, estaven enganxifosos (igual pq són vells, la humitat del mar, no sé...). La segona vaig demanar canvi d'habitació pq l'olor de menjar tombava d'esquena, I si obries la finestra pitjor! Molt amablement ho van fer. Vaig haver de moure la tele de la taula pq l'antena no anava I l'havia d'apretar, no ho havien netejat feia molt temps. Els banys són vells, totes les taques de pintura hi són encara I fa tota la sensació de brut. Hi he estat 1 sola nit cada vegada, però després de la segona em sembla que m'estimaria més caminar una mica més I anar a un altre lloc. Internet pagant, al final tothom acabava al mcdonalds del costat que és gratis durant una estona, o algun altre cafè de la ciutat.

Locality is good. Convenience to city transport.Staff friendly. Room clean, bed comfortable. Ensuite clean and well appointed. Would stay again but ask for twin beds and a less dark room.

Price was a bit more than expected for room which was situated in back of building and so quite dark, however adequate for 1 night stay. Would have preferred twin beds and curtains which blocked out the lights shining from outside.Noisey. Was not happy that had to pay extra for 1minute past the time for locker. I was very tired late in the afternoon as I'm 71 years old and had to do another eftpos withdrawal. This may seem quite picky but we stayed in a similar place in Auckland where these things were dealt with in a more user friendly way.

Nice and close to Air port and city shops and the trains. great place to stay.

The closeness to the Ferry terminal. I could get my meals there . The meals were good. Clean and convenient

Loved the positive, welcoming attitude of the staff. The guest lounge was spacious and warm.

Even though it's one of the cheapest, it's expensive. I don't get why a double room is more expensive than a twin if it's the same quality of service. Besides, the rooms look old and would need to be refreshed.

The only place in Wellington that has luggage lockers ( can be used by visitors not staying at Downtown - there is no left luggage at railway station across the road). The restaurant food was good value and the kitchens for self cateriing (or just making a cup of tea - or a snack) were really good.

They did not have any control over the weather.

The building is old but super wonderful.

You can get easy around the city.

Parking - It is expensive to park in the public parking.

Being very central to Wellington - easy access to everything.

I was travelling with a friend and both of us are senior and found it hard to get into the top bunk so we put the mattress on the floor. we were still comfortable

Hotel in the city center, very close to the train station so if someone travels by train it's really easy to get there. It was quite cheap taking into account the fact that New Zealand is pretty expenceive.

Unfortunately, price goes together with quality... I didn't expect an executive lounge for that what I paid, but still the room was rather poor, the minimum of what I could accept, I would say.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, good value, clean and comfortable. Kitchens kept very clean by extremely hard working staff. Clean towels daily.

No games / book exchange. Could be a bit noisy, but no more than anywhere else in such a central location.

The windows in our room were just in front of another building and therefore privacy was severely impacted.

Clean sheets, clean towels, good location, good food @ cafe, reasonable priced drinks from pub

Shabby duvets, shabby/grubby dining area and tv lounge; wobbly/unstable bunk bed in our room, only one chair in the room (would have liked an extra chair)

Some parts were a little dirty

location is great, and like en-suite rooms. Also servicing the rooms every day with fresh towels is great.

Pillowcases were not fresh. Clean sheets were provided but the pillowcases smelt used.

1. Great guest kitchen with a lot of possible uses. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Great everyday deals in cafe and bar.

1. The cleanness of sheets and pillow cases is doubtful, not a nice smell.
