Took internet connection for a day at 9pm at night and it was cut off in the morning same thing happened the next night. At 15 dollars for a day I'd expect a days use. I.e 24 hours.

Well situated close to the cbd of Auckland. Full kitchen for those who want to use it. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. A very good spot to visit Auckland. The maintenance was not fully up to date. In our room, the glass door on the bath/shower did not fit causing leakage of shower water and the doors of the cupboard were askew.

Situation, Laudry possibility, Size of room and bed Spa "Deluxe" room 614 was booked. The Bathtub was disgusting, not inviting at all to take a bath/spa Black mold all over the bathtub, shower curtain is old and half of the hooks broken or not set correctly Careful : the bottle of spring water near the kitchen will be charged as after departure charge without notice if used, no tag on it telling guests it is not complementary water

We specifically booked into the spa suite because we wanted a room with jacuzzi / spa bath facilities. The location is a bit of a walk from Auckland cbd attractions. The parking facilities for guests and visitors are too expensive.

Its vews looking over the city was great,and the spa bath was awesome,the room was nice and big so was the king bed very good.would of like to stayed there for a week. There was only the walk back from town at 3pm was the hardess I didnt like but was not the hotel business anyway

I like the location which is quiet and fresh with the park and treelined street, yet within walking distance to the city centre. The staff members can be a little more welcoming especially to repeat customers like myself. I would infact give preferences to my regular clients so that they will not think twice about coming back. see above

Central location. Self catering and laundry facilities in room were very useful. Only complaint is that my room was directly oposite the service elevator, so each morning of my stay, I was kept awake from 5am with frequent beeping of the elevator and voices of staff coming in and out.

The Beds !! Their so comfortable..unfortunately I couldn't fit it in my bag hahaha. Kidding! - Expensive food - no dvd player available in the rooms or for hire - need a variety in sizes with the robes and towels.

The room was so nice and fancy, the staff were friendly and efficient. The main issue I had, was that the linen felt very cheap. The sheets were pilled and old, and the duvet inner was so old-fashioned. I have nicer bedding at home, and when I pay that much I expect certain things. At least get cotton linen!

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location to enjoy the beauty of Auckland City. Great acces to shops, eateries, movies etc. Good access to bus and train lines, for getting around Auckland. The room was lovely, very clean and well taken care of. The Breakfast seemed overpriced, so we bought our Breakfast from down the road from one of the many cafe options close by. Highly reccommend.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Man ist relativ schnell in der Queenstreet oder K-Road. Die Zimmer zur Vorderseite sind bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Wir sind in ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite (Parkseite) des Hotels gezogen. Hier keine Probleme.
