Firstly it has a central location. It was also a suitable location for our people to stay and be based for our reunion. The use of your facilities was also appreciated. |

Free welcome drink not offered even though it was part of the booking.Rooms should have robes. Inconvenient, especially for women. Limited evening parking. Had to drive around for ages to find a park, in the end, went and asked at reception to find one. The room needs a clock, more so a bedside clock. |

I like the hotel, the night porter was excellent he served my late night meal at 3am in the morning with his suit on and his right arm behind his back, it was normal day time service but 3am in the morning, he was really good!! (1) I did not like the fact that rather than simply taking an imprint of my debit card that $200 was "held" on my card and I was not told. That evening in the hotel when checking my money I had to call Westpac because I didnt know what the electronic transaction was for, no one at the desk told me, Westpac told me that it was a "Hold" on $200 in my account! I rang the desk to complain, I said I thought it was going to be purely an imprint only!!! (2) The bottom sheet on my bed came away in the night, clearly my bed had not been made particularly well or this would not have happened (3) the Service girls were noisy! Even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door and I was on the 17th floor or some such they were laughing and joking outsi |

Greys Ave is a quiet street but is close to the top end of Queen Street. The underground carpark is excellent and is priced reasonably at $10 per day. Some of the decor is a little dated. |

I liked the location of the hotel and parking. The room was very clean and the bed was super big and comfortable. It was also peaceful. The service overall was poor apart from the barman. The room service was shockingly bad once they were finally located. The front of house staff were not overally pleasant and seemed unable to smile (not applicable to the night staff). No-one particularly appeared to enjoy their jobs. |

Closeness to the centre of Auckland Safe parking was somewhat limited, I booked and initially paid for a carpark, but found out that when returning late in the evening no free carpark was available |

The veiw was alright Staff were not very friendly I was ment to get access to the pool and it was not working should of at least got a discount plus I had a supermarket docket voucher to get the room cheaper and I had advised the hotel 1month before arrival and once id arrived they said it was subject to availability and I couldnt get the discount also the discount coupon stated the room was originally $250.00 which was a lie because usually the room is $140.00 full price, false advertising! |

The facilities within the room - spa bath, comfort - along with the balconey and view over the park. It was ideal for a weekend break and well located for accessing restaurants/pubs etc. That one of the bathrobes had not been cleaned - stains on the fabric, wet sleeves - and there were holes in the fabric |

Was a reasonably quiet location - no traffic noises - The noise of the Air Conditioner - used only very breifly - Noisy airfilter in bathroom - I reported this, and some one came to my room and said nothing could be done. The food in the hotel was poor, apart from the snacks one could obtain from the grill room. My freind was also staying at the hotel, and was locked out of her room, the same as I was locked out of my room at about 9. |
