Friendly staff member upon check in, helpful with car parking. Excellent view of Wellington. We were put in a room next door to a generator or air con unit, there was a constant noise like having a dryer going, and a scratching/creaking against the wall where the bed was. Could not sleep so checked out at 430 am and drove home to get some sleep, was not asked if we enjoyed our stay. |

The location provided easy access to the central city activities we had planned. The club lounge provided a comfortable relaxation and /or selective refreshment environment. While the room was clean, tidy and well presented, it is somewhat dated, a refurbishment could well be required. |

The fact I didn't pay the full price for the suite. I would certainly complained to the Management about the Suite I stayed in had I not got a very good discount through this site. There was paint peeling off the wall above the shower, which fell on my head while showering. The remains of someones toothpaste on the toilet door. The ironing board was dangerous and fell on my toe when I tried to iron on it. The TV reception was disgraceful and as for the old, small and lumbering TV in the bedroom it's not even worth the turning on! As I say, had I paid full price I certainly would have taken these issues to the Management, as it was I just won't ever return, nor recommend anyone else stay there in the future. |

Location to the venues we had to attend. Views were great and room tidy. Vacate time was 11am next morning but had cleaning services knocking on our door at 9:30am and again at 10:15am |

The receptionist Hannah was very appologetic when we reported our room had not been made up properly. She got housekeeping there straight away and offered us another room. Since we did not take the other room she made our valet parking complimentary. Having to explain why our valet parking had been made complimentary when we were checking out. I think there should have been a note on the system that would have indicated why this was. |
