It is close to the airport and comfortable to spend the night in. The safety chain on the door was broken which was a bit unsettling for a female on her own. |

clean,close to the airport - very good base for those who want to take a rest &get quickly to the hotel after a long flight to Auckland, big spa bath with nice equipement in the bathrooom |

Staff were very helpful - when I dropped my hire car off at the airport, they sent a car to pick me up. Best bathroom experience in the four week trip to Australia/New Zealand! |

Very close to airport and shuttle service on request. Pretty big room and fairly quiet for the location. We stayed 2 nights. Toilet stank like pee and room was not properly cleaned. Wireless internet didn't work and cold shower one evening. Advise: only stay here the night before you fly out! |

this hotel is located a short distance from Auckland International airport so is convenient for a short stay before departing on an early morning flight from NZ. |

The closeness to the airport and campervan outlets. The Spa was great too, very relaxing after a long drive. The light outside our door stayed on all night and there was no block out shade on the door. Also, the bed we were in was way too soft we kept rolling into eachother throughout the night. |

I appreciated being picked up and being returned to the airport so that I could make an international flight with ease and lack of anxiety about arranging transport to and from the airport. I found the staff welcoming and ready to meet my needs and answer my questions. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and did not project any outside traffic noises. Thank you. |

Modern Bathroom Facilities - Kitchen facilities were necessessary and appreciated..Bed was comfortable. Not Air Conditioned (High Humidity and Hot Climate) - No screens on Windows (allows mosquitoes). - Furniture has seen better days, with upholstery quite soiled. - Toilet leaked from base (however owner appeared to be unaware of this, and quickly appeared to mop up and was rectifying in morning with a plumber) |

We arrived at Auckland Airport at 0120hrs and contacted the motel and the shuttle was with us in 10 minutes to take us there. We were tired and looking forward to a rest and the staff could not have been more helpful |

We were picked up from the airport, and given our room with a minimum of effort (at midnight Would have liked to have been offered the breajfast menu when we were picked up - it didn't occur to us until later than evening, and breakfast orders closed at 21.00 |

Very friendly staff at reception, free airport shuttle at any time, still walking distance to supermarkets, close to airport Spa bath wasn't as good as expected, after use of bath tub it takes an hour to get hot water for a second use, bath tub was clean but when turning on water massage there came out dirt so we had to clean and refill the tub, room door with glass and no curtain so it never got really dark at night, a little noisy |
