Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Staff were helpful & polite. Room poorly sevived. Evidently not checked by management. No soap in Bathroom. Bedside cabinet covered in sticky drink. Charged twice on my c/C. |

Being only a few minutes from the airport. Being able to leave our car in a safe place untill our return at no extra charge. Having a 24hr shuttle service available to take us to and from the airport. The quilt on the king size bed looked slightly grubby and had what appeared to be a ciggarette burn hole in it. The bed also had an electric blanket but you could only plug in one side because there was no power point available to the other side. Consequently one side of the bed was nice and warm and the other side was freezing cold...unfortunately my husband drew the short straw! |

Excellent service for departing/arriving passengers to Auckland International Airport. The Airport Manor Inn looked after our car while we were away. Our outbound check-in time was 5.45am and our arrival time coming back was 12.50 am. We were dropped off and picked up by the hotel staff. Friendly efficient service. Would definitely recommend to others. |

Very close to airport and shuttle service on request. Pretty big room and fairly quiet for the location. We stayed 2 nights. Toilet stank like pee and room was not properly cleaned. Wireless internet didn't work and cold shower one evening. Advise: only stay here the night before you fly out! |

The closeness to the airport and campervan outlets. The Spa was great too, very relaxing after a long drive. The light outside our door stayed on all night and there was no block out shade on the door. Also, the bed we were in was way too soft we kept rolling into eachother throughout the night. |

I appreciated being picked up and being returned to the airport so that I could make an international flight with ease and lack of anxiety about arranging transport to and from the airport. I found the staff welcoming and ready to meet my needs and answer my questions. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and did not project any outside traffic noises. Thank you. |
