“ The service was great. The owner of the hotel was very kind and absoutley nice. He is really kind and all the staffs in the hotel were kind. Internet service, cozy room was alos wonderful. Wide space of car park is free! I absoutley recommend you to stay at this hotel if you visit Auckland. Fantastic hotel. ”

Convenience of being so close to Auckland Airport. Value for money. Very clean The wire for the electric blanket was taped to cover a fault in wire. Could do with brighter lighting. No compendium showing map of area, takeaways, restaurants etc. No teatowels to dry the dishes.

Spacious room, Quiet location, comfy bed, Handy and good value to leave car there while overseas with drop off and pick up from the airport No food to order onsite, however, you can get picked up to go to a restaurant close by

I liked how friendly and welcoming the staff we're. I instantly felt welcomed when I checked in. My partner and I would use your motel again. Comfy rooms as well! How we had to be out by 10am.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Provided shuttle to airport and to car rental facility. Room was clean. New owners are trying to upgrade and improve this older motel. Not in best area but for airport connection it was fine.

It is close to the airport and wonderful to be taken there for free and collected. It was worry free. Also being able to leave our car there for free. Thank you very much However we felt the young Maori man who picked us up could do with courtesy training. E.g open & close the van door for guests, help put bags in their car especially for elderly people. And to smile it costs nothing.

It was a lovely stay. We really enjoyed it. Great location, close to the airport, clean, comfortable bed. We are on our vocation to Australia, so we park our car in the motel. It's free!! Also, we got the free shuttle service. Even it is very early in the morning. The front staffs are really helpful and friendly. We will stay again when we come back. There is nothing we don't like. Will try the Spa bath next time!!

Great location the Airport, excellent service with shuttle to and from Airport. Super value for parking car there for 2 weeks free, then only $5 a day. Would stay again.

The 2 week parking our car while travelling to the south island. The late wake up call, the late breakfast which was pre booked, the late transfer which was pre booked and the fact that our return pick up was muddled altho quickly solved. The difficulty getting into or out of the motel as cars block the exit, there seems to be no roganised flow.

Bathroom was clean. The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke notwithstanding they claimed it was smoke free. The place is worn out and needs a full refurbishment. Location close to a noisy road.

The spa bath The service was terrible - when we arrived we were told to wait in the lobby for our room to be ready, the staff forgot we were there and didn't inform us when our room was ready. We were woken at 4.30AM for a shuttle service that we had ordered for 4.30PM. We were rung multiple times and woken again to ask us to check out, after we had pre-arranged with the staff for a late check out. All in all, a very disappointing stay.
