We had a beach front Apartment for the weekend, the view was amazing and the location was perfect.

Spacious comfortable rooms with a magnificent view of the b of islands. Very helpfull hosts

Ran out of hot water one evening,being kept awake by people yahooing on the water front directly outside our apartment between 12.30 and 2.30pm, this happened three nights out of five.

We enjoyed everything from customer service to relaxing in the apartment it was more than what we expected.

We found the bed to be too firm for our liking.

Good location. Family friendly. Spacious units. Children safety. Spa pool.

Benches in unit too low. Glass windows need safety strip for children. Swimming pool cold. Unable to operate bathroom extractor fan.

Hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived, took photos of dirty floors in bathroom and they sent a cleaner straight away. wouldn't book again as it's like being in a fish bowl with glass everywhere and very little privacy on your balcony.

This place was absolutely beautiful. We spent 3 nights here for the end of our NZ holiday and couldnt ask for more. Staff extremly helpful, apartments clean and water view was just supurb. Is a bit expensive although you get what you pay for. Cant wait to stay again

Location, large apartment, plenty of room, deck

Some basic equipment not there that i would have expected, potatotoe peeler, chopping board, stereo. The pool facility is not big enough for the number of guests.. the space is small and narrow and cramped

Helpful and very polite management with good advice for things to do.

Second bedroom having no window or air conditioning. A fan is not enough.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment, great facilities and very clean. On Beachfront with an easy flat walk to Bay of Islands Boat tours and shops and the excellent 'Alfresco' Restaurant next door. Also great having undercover secure car parking facilities. Ben and Nikki are the on site Managers and can offer a lot of suggestions for things to do in the area and can make the booking for the great 'Hole in the Rock' boat tour.

Maybe a little noise late in the night from nearby Backpacker establishments but it seemed to quieten down by midnight.

I loved that my room overlooked the bay. The cooking facilitys had every thing I needed. That it had alot of the sky channels if we just wanted to chill in our room for the night. The carpet was very plush top stuff. The pool area looked very nice.

For almost $400 a night it was very small. The bathroom was a 1 person affair. The bed was very hard and I did not have a good sleep the 3 day's I was there. The lounge and kitchen were one in the same we had to move the lounge to be able to watch the TV and because the lounge was a sofa bed it was also very uncomfortable my husband spent most of the time on the floor. The pool area was abit of a wind tunnel and it would never be warm enough for me to swim in. I think had I not have gotten one of the beach front rooms as the other rooms would only have a view of the pool I would have been very dissapointed with the whole stay.

This was a luxury weekend for 3 friends and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Everythingthing was wonderful - specially the seafood platter delivered from next door!

We loved the view from the appartment, even though the appartment was quite small it was decorated nicely.

The bed in Room 33 was so uncomfortable I hardly slept. Two nights I slept on the couch! The bedroom needs a privacy blind besides drapes. The washing machine/dryer was terrible, hard to work out and the washer put lint over all my clothes. didnt try the dryer as it was going to take too long. The Location of the Room was nearest the street with Backpackers partying on the beach at 2am. Would not recommend this place to mature people. We would have loved a bigger bed also.

Most impressed by the helpfulness of Nicki & everyone here. I had mentioned in my booking request that my partner was very tall & she moved us into a bigger apartment to accommodate him! Also booked us on a Fullers trip to the Hole in the Rock & we won one of our fares back! A fantastic trip & fantastic accommodation!!

The great restaurant next door and that they weren't right in the middle of town!

That the room backed on to numerous other guests! Hotel when you walked out! The bedroom window on to another! Balcony on to another walkway and other apartment! No air-conditioning, no television in the bedroom! A combined washing and dryer machine that took 6 hours to do one load and still the beach towels weren't dry!
