Walking distance to Queen Street. Good price and all the facilities you would expect from a self service apartment. I was not told about a $150 deposit which had to be paid (which I still haven't received back). No free Internet. No cleaning liquids to wash the dishes in the apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my room in what is essentially student accommodation. The rooms are a short walk to the City centre and have good parking facilities adjacent. Sharing the apartment was not an issue as each room is separately lockable This is not a romantic location however for the solo traveller offers excellent value for money

Checking out, there was always someone at the desk Booked for 2 people expecting 2 separate rooms, received one shared bed with 2 other rooms of people we didn't know, no tv, also booked for 2 people only received one towel and had to ask twice before receiving the second towel like it was a big problem for front staff

the price room was poorly insulated - could hear everything going on next door; room was unclean, duvet had filthy marks on it and no rug for warmth; shared kitchen/ bathroom also dirty; reception staff member was off-hand and almost arrogant

Votre établissement ressemble plus à une résidence pour jeunes travailleurs ou étudiants, qu'à un hôtel. Nous avions sans doute mal interprété la notion de chambre pour deux fermant à clé ? nous disposions d'une chambre fermant à clé... Dans un appartement avec des commodités partagées par trois personnes ! mais, World Cup de Rugby oblige nous souhaitions être le plus prêt possible du centre ville, en restant dans un budget modéré ...! notez cependant qu'une serviette de toilette pour deux ...c'est un peu juste ! Précisez que votre établissement est occupé par des jeunes, voire très jeunes gens !

It was absolutely shocking. Filthy - floor was sticky with god knows what. No shower curtain, No jug, tv didn't work, No face cloths, No bathmat. Dirty laundry left on the floor outside the door. Kitchen area disgusting - old food remnants in the cupboards, stove disgusting. Door handles so bad that needed to use a towel to open them as didn't want to touch them. No mattress protector - just a sheet on the mattress. No Queen bed - just 2 singles pushed together. Would rather have slept in the car

We did not like people smoking in front of building , Rooms are not clean becasue of smoking and no air circulation in the lounge room Everything .. People from other countries as student dont follow any cleanness

The location was good, that's about all. The room stank. It was gross. There were questionable stains on the duvet cover, the shower curtain was manky and mouldy. I didn't want to touch anything in the room. Ewwwwww. Don't stay here.
