Really friendly and helpful owners and a very high standard of accomodation. Our two bedroom unit was comfortable and spacious and the motel is in a peaceful garden close to the town centre.

Great service, welcoming host, helpful with additional requests. Close to NP and Nelson. Peaceful setting with lovely gardens and pool. Only 5 minutes walk to town but no traffic or other noise .

Appartments are located in the quiet part of Motueka and this is a great point to plan a day trip to Abel Tasman national park. The appartments are clean and comfortable for a family with children. Outside is a big shared garden where you can let your childs to play. Very green and maintained.

- The pool advertised is not free and you have to pay extra in order to use it - The frying pan provided had no cover. Well, unless you are using a shared barbeque facility in the garden, this is a bit frustrating as we had to use large plate as a cover. Otherwise you may expect fat everywhere around the pan if you are doing steaks inside. - Complimentary internet access was limited to 300mb per stay (2 nights). If you need more, charges are applicable. With the current networks penetration it should be free for all 4+ accomodations and I'm putting this neg. comment to all hosts requesting extra $$$ for internet access - if you want to use laundry service, you have to pay twice - for detergent and for electricity. This was the first accomodation charging for washing machine electricity consumption.

From the moment our group (7) arrived Alan and Lisa could not have been more friendly, helpful and informative.Their suggestions of where to have dinner, ideas for daytrips etc were spot on. The accommodation was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. All round we would give them 5 stars.

The convenience of being close to the venue for the wedding and also close to shops, the sunday market & eating places. Also the relaxed atmosphere & great customer service.

A great place to stay for the family. Our apartment was very nice and modern, just what we needed! We used the barbecue in the garden and the jacuzzi several times. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Can really recommend this place.

Alan and Lisa made us feel so welcome on arrival their sparkling, bubbling personalities made us feel at home. Alan took loads of time helping us settle in and book us into our adventure activities The rooms were really well kitted out with loads of mod cons that you would expect from a relativity cheap place, it really showed that they put a lot of thought into their motel. The location was great nestled in the heart of Motueka although with the amount of space round and beautiful gardens it felt like you were in the middle of the country - waking up to native birds sing in the trees was pretty special

The owner Ivan and Lisa is very nice and helpful. Ivan has provided very useful information on local attractions. The location is superb and the room facilities is very modern and well maintained. The Motel look like a garden and have all required facilities such as kitchen and laundry. All equipment and facilities are very well maintained. The motel even provide dvd player and provide free rental of dvd. This is the best motel in our trip to New Zealand. We felt the unit is comparable if not better than some of the hotel facilities. We would definitely book this motel unit if we ever return to Motueka. We strongly recommend this motel to all as the price is really reasonable for the facilities and services provided. It provide even heated pool.

Everything. Great location set in beautiful gardens. Only noise you hear is birdsong. The owners are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble for them. The rooms are well equipped and spotless. There is also a pool, spa and large barbecue area. This motel is a real gem and the best we have stayed in during our tour of New ZealandNot
