very clean and quiet bit further from town centre than had thought it would be. No breakfast available (too quiet/weekend?) Pool FREEZING but spa made up for it.

Most things. Sink in bathroom looked very new. No breakfast. Fortunately it was a short drive into town where there was a very cafe doing continental and cooked breakfasts.

The location just outside town and easy to access nice quite position yet nice view of lake Te Anau Nice hot tube after a long walk! The journey from Te Anau is one of the best in NZ Quite spectacular Forget Queenstown and the bus tours stay in Te Anau its the only way to visit Fiordland.

Close to village and amenities. Best village for travelling to Milford Sound. Very close to transport for Doubtful Sound. Not enough facilities in room, We had an early start in the morning & it was awkward having to go to the kitchen in the next block to make breakfast

It was all a bit poor for the price so no positives Whilst it is difficult to pu ones finger on exactly what we didn't like about the place we just felt a bit emotionally u comfortable.
