had kitchen but no cooking pans or cutlery. Needed arms 2ft long to reach in cupboard to hang clothes. ONly 1 lift working which meant up to 15 mins to get from 17th flr to ground. No blinds at small windows alongside bed so woken as soon as sunrise. No shower cubicle so water from shower created wet bathroom floor continually asdidnt drain away properly |

It was small but clean and comfortable. We are a family of four and had two rooms which worked great and cost less than the family room of backpackers. Need to get those elevators up to speed =) |

It is a compact and clean room. Warm and quiet. The ventilation is good. Need to improve drainage in the bathroom. Elevator is frustrating. Fire escape stair is congested/narrow. |

Location and price A nightclub operates below the hotel and pumps music until 6am! I didn't sleep a single night that I was there! |

Price was good. No frills, very basic. Ideal if you only want a place to sleep. Very similar to a Formula One type hotel. |

Convenient and accessible to city. Room was not properly vacuum.same with toilet no prper cleaning and if you have small kitchen it should have some stuff for cooking,plates,utensils....etc... |

Cute room, comfortable bed, nice view,good location. Balcony door stuck shut, lifts continually out of service, housekeeping left my door open more than once! |

Location The room serivice is attrocious. The hotel is extremely dirty. No one cleaned the toilet or vacummed the floor in the two weeks I stayed at the hotel. Cups were washed out and left in sink. The hotel is okay for an ovenight stay- as long as you are not allergic to dirt/dust |

The hotel is right in the middle of the city, close to everything. Great rates. Easy all night access. Close to buses. Easy starting point for holiday. No "Do Not Disturb" card for the door. Would have prefered one, therefore allowing a sleep in. |

They need new carpets really bad, there are stains in the hallways and rooms, if they updated them these the rooms would actually appear much cleaner and tidier then they look. And even though the room has a kitchenette, you will have to bring your own crockery, cutlery, containers and saucepans if you want to use any of it, otherwise you pay a fee to hire it. |
