Really enjoyed our stay, friendly helpful staff, great location and clean comfortable and well designed rooms. Had great view of both Sky Tower and Harbour Bridge from our room. Wuld definitely recommend to others. Our key cards continuously had to be reset, thankfully did not cause too much inconvenience but could have resulted in a lockout on one or two occassions. Not necessarily hotel's fault but was a bit irritating. |

Very happy with our little room, clean, comfortable and with in walking distance to every thing, good valour for the money. As a smoker the balcony could have been a tad bigger, then the two of us could have sat together and puffed away,instead of one at a time which was rhe case.Thank you.Cheers Ann Taylor |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right in the city center and just a block from the central station and ferry terminal. The room we were staying in was very small. To small for the two of us. Suitable for one person a couple of nights or for two if not staying more than one night. No breakfast included. |

convenient place to have in auckland some smell in the room i stayed and i dont know what it is. I checked the toilet but it wasnt coming from there. it must be on the wooden floor. |

Very convenient location at a reasonable price. Many restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance to shuttle bus stop for airport. Rooms cramped and, while we were there, warm and stuffy. A nearby club produces loud music (and people!) on Friday nights. |

Room was very small, but functionable. The location and price ratio is excellent. I would recommend this hotel, if you need to place to sleep with good price. Internet was expensive, why we didn't use it. |

The water pressure Very small room, smelt like a toilet, mould on the windows and dirty marks on the cabinets. Also no flannels or tea and coffee etc. |

壊れていた電気や冷蔵庫があったにしろ、対応が早くて助かった。 ドライヤーやコインランドリーの利用料金を書いた紙が欲しかった。 |
