The location is awesome. You could not ask for a better location in Queenstown. The bed was way too soft giving us back pain. |

Thought Queenstown was a beautiful town unfortunately we only stayed one night at the Novotel which does not give enough time for any comments apart from the one above Dining in the restaurant we were asked if we would like a dessert only for the waitress to dissappear and we never saw her again so had to give up on that. |

Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay, mainly the foreign staff, we found the kiwi ones a bit difficult, even when we complimented on the service and that we would return and stay there again, we got no response at all.... We thought it was a bit too warm not sure what the temperature setting is, but we had to wonder out several times to get a bit of cool and fresh air. Our room was ready at 3.00pm, |

I found that the staff were most helpful. It was good to have that morning smile when arriving for breakfast( Bibi for example went out of her way to assist diners and always seemed happy in her work.).The reception staff could not be faulted. The only thing I missed was porridge. But the breakfast menu made up for my favourite, |

Conveniently located near the town, 5 mins walk to eateries and shops. Complimentary 20-min Internet usage at the lobby. The only hotel during out 11-day holiday that doesn't provide complimentary parking at the hotel (we have to pay NZ$10 per night for valet parking). |

Staff very efficient and helpful. Always quick to deal with queries. Free Internet nice perk. The breakfast choice was really extensive and delicious. The tour booking desk beside reception was really helpful. Hotel is right in middle of town so really convenient. Hotel room was pretty cold. There was a heater, but it dried the air very quickly, so wasn't very comfortable. |

We really enjoyed staying at the novotel and would highly recommend it. The main reception is open modern and inviting, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and genuine. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is a 5-8 minute walk to the main mall and is situated on bank of lake Wakatipu. The grounds are well manicured. |

beautiful hotel and in a beautiful location. the bar food was over priced and low quality. waited a long time for lunch and it was poor when arrived. hotel staff weren't very on the ball. however would stull recommend the hotel based on it's look. location and comfort. |

Great central location and outlook from our Lake view room. These rooms were not available on this booking site, but we got an upgrade for $40 extra. These rooms are only 50 metres from the beach front. Its less than 1 minute walk to quality cafes & restaurants. For breakfast try Halo or Joes Garage.For Dinner; try Inspire, The Bathhouse (on the beach) or Botswana Butchery. Our room did not have airconditioning. Only bathroom extract and a ranch slider to the balcony. |

Doskonale połozony, świetnie utrzymany i wyposazony, o doskonełej kuchni i bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy personelu. Jak na standard relatywnie niedrogi. Tak, zarezerwowałem pokój dla palacych, mam potwierdzenie,ze taki będzie, tymczasem cały hotel jest dala niepalących, o czym mnie nie poinformowano. To niedopatrzenie hotelu, dla mnie istotne. |

チェックアウトの際に領収書を渡されなかった。こちらも、請求するのをうっかり忘れていた。だから、予約当- 日のデポジット全額支払いのはずなのだが、支払いの確認ができていない。ただし、この料金で４つ星ホテルは- 大変ありがたい、といえる。 不満は何もないが特徴のないホテル。ちなみに、クライストチャーチのデザインホテル、ｈｏｔｅｌ ｓｏの方が印象に残っている。 |
