Great customer service- staff (reception, concierge and housekeeping) are always happy to help, answer questions and offer suggestions. You can sense that the staff are happy with the jobs they do. We also love the location- close to all the amenities and activities we wanted to do. |

Central clean and tidy Ripped off big time with wired internet, 30 emails cost approx $80.00, stayed 3 nights and then moved to another motel where internet was affordable. Will be returning to qns for work and can't afford. The internet plan is entrapment. |

The staff were exellent,polite and helpful. The design is open and airy, views to the lake from around the lobby and restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were good. Location is convenient, right in town. The shower was over the bath, which was very narrow, felt a bit precarious. |

Located close to town centre and well within walking distance. Valet parking provided just give the reception your car keys and they take care of it, vehicle returned within 5 minutes of asking. Restaurant struggled to cope when they were busy. Eating in town is a better option. |

The hotel is right next to the lake and the town center. The wireless connection is very bad. I tried twice and it kicked me out after minute. I complained to the staff and they can't do much about it as the wireless connection is managed by third party company. |

Location was the key factor with this hotel. Right at the waterfront, though few waterfront rooms. Needed better internet availability for those without computers. 2 in lobby and always occupied and lines. Could also use a better public space that was cozier than just the one area around the corner from reception. Lacked warmth |

Our room (ground floor on botanic garden sife) was very quiet and tranquil though we were in the middle of town during high season. It was a bit dark though, and some outside chairs would've been a great asset. Our room was dark - though located at the end of a wing downstairs - others are probably lighter (though noisier!). Wifi was expensive and signal weak. |
