Novotel Queenstown Lakeside  

O hotel é muito bem localizado, um ou dois dias fiquei impressionada com as atendentes da limpeza, todo meu materal pessoal tão bem organizado que fiquei emocionada.

Falta de adaptador de tomadas e área para estacionar dentro do hotel.

localização, staff. disponibilidade de reserva para 3 pessoas em um quarto.

cobrança de wifi no quarto. o preço da diária cobrada cobre perfeitamente esse custo, que é fixo.

We chose the Novotel lakeside because of it being in the middle of Queenstown and also on reviews from trip advisor. We loved our stay there with the house bar, the restaurant very good. We thought the staff were excellent but particularly the concierges, all of whom went out of their way to assist us in anything we were looking at. Their knowledge of Queenstown and surrounding areas made it easy to ask rather than search through endless Pamphlets for things to do. My wife loves queenstown in the autumn and staying in the superior rooms definitely means we'll fly back for another week same time next year

We have no complaints at all. My wife and I have stayed in queenstown with our children many times but in the railway welfare cottages. This time we chose to stay in hopefully quality accomodation with great staff and that's exactly what we got. Thankyou

Great hotel, the location is perfect, the room is perfect.

The breadfirst for the first day is empty,we can't find anything.

Location being in the heart of the city is very practical. Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

ridiculous wifi charges, it's 2012 you can travel all through thailand and it's free. Can eat at the cafe across the street and it's free, so how can they justify there charges?

Excellent location in a quieter part of Queenstown. Terrific lakeside apartment and direct lake views. Design of apartment.

Nice hotel, good location

Hotel did not tell us about an authorization of a bond on our credit card for the room.

Location is tops!

The location of this hotel is fabulous, a two minute stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants. We arrived at a very busy time but the staff on front desk were very composed and gave us plenty of their time and attention. The room was of an average size, there was no kitchen but there was a fridge. We didn’t have air conditioning which wasn’t a problem when we were there as it was quite cool in the mornings and evenings but this could be an issue during the hotter months. There was a separate laundry facility in the hotel which we didn’t use. The concierge service was very good and well informed about all activities in the area. Parking was 10$ per night. Free internet was available in the lobby. Would recommend this hotel for the location alone
