Proximité de l'aeroport et navette gratuite. Cuisine complète séparée de la chambre. Un peu viellot, mais bon compromis avant de reprendre l'avion. Arrêt de bus en face, 45 min pour le centre ville.

The size of the room and the location to the airport with free shuttle,

We had to pay for the room up front before seeing the room, which was damp, mouldy, musty, filthy carpets and generally unclean. The bath/shower was not installed properly so it moved when you used it. People coming and going all night kept waking us up. The mattress on the bed was far too soft causing back ache. The room made me feel ill, it was far too late to complain when we arrived. We did stay for an extra $10 per night at the Jet Star hotel which was a hundred time better. We picked this motel because the reviews on here were positive which it turned out to be negative.

Main reason for staying at AGS was being close to the airport,because we had an early flight next day. The room was very nicely set out and clean. It was comfortable and warm for the night. Having the shuttle bus pick us up in the morning was great too. Thanks

It's not a Motel. It's a trash. The Airport Gold Star Motel is very dirty. The smell is terrible! I am sure that the cleaning is not usual there. Please Booking.com, visit this Motel and don't recomend this trash. It's not recomended for the health.

Ability to leave our car there while we were in Australia. Courtesy airport shuttle much appreciated

Shuttle Service to airport - excellent! Never had to wait or fear that I'll be late and miss my flight. The carpet in the room could do with a good clean but other than that everything was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfy.

Staff were extremley helpful,and made us feel at home,was nice to be able to have our friends and family over on xmas day and swim and bbq by the pool together and the cleaning service was perfect,clean towels, rubbish removed and beds made every day,

Would have been good to have a microwave and free internet access in room.

The Motel is very conveniently located close to Auckland airport, and the Motel will kindly arrange free transport to or from the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In fact we stayed twice in the Motel, once in a family studio which had two bedrooms, and again in a single studio fro just two people. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom fittings work but are now looking a bit tired, and could do with renovation. Breakfast is brought to the room but is pretty basic for the price. The Motel is walking distance from several good restaurants, and a bus route to the centre of Auckland.

The Motel is situated on a busy main road, and near a community centre. Depending on which part of the Motel you stay at it can be a little noisy, but for both rooms we stayed in the noise was not a problem.
