The hotel was comfortable, good central location and great views over Christchurch and as far as the coast. The concierge was very helpful We were given the wrong key to our room - although a new one was brought up there was no apology given. The information we were given about the car park was also confusing initially. |

Ability to use the guest laundry facilities available on 2 separate floors. Very helpful concierege & good car parking. Very good quiet night's sleep, no traffic noise. The horrendously expensive internet connection - our account cost more than a night's stay and that was without downloads, just a daily rate which mounted up over 5 nights. Internet access was essential to us as we were travelling over a long period. Some hotels offer free wifi in specific locations but that was not an option offered. |

The location was perfect fro the city and surrounding areas. The staff beru fiendly and hepfull. In future I will stay at this hotel and recomend it to others I stayed in 2604. The lounge suit needs replacing as the cushions have collapsed. You would not notice this until you sat on it |

Good sized room, excellent location. Staff were friendly and overall was a good weekend stay Didnt like the size of the tv, was very small and was in a unsual position. Was only given one bathrobe when we had booked for two people staying. |

The rooms were very comfortable and it had a very relaxed atmosphere. It was well placed to go out and about to explore Christchurch. The restaurant was poor. I waited a long time o be acknowledged and seated - yet the restaurant was very quiet. The food, when it eventually came was mediocre to say the least. If that was traditional Kiwi food, then you can keep it. The staff wanted to be somewhere else too. Breakfast was much better! |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. We had some confusion with carparking as we thought we could park for $5 for a night but were told it was $17 the next day. We may not have understood the reception staff who gave us the information. This could be made clearer. In all other respects, the hotel was very good. |

That it was very central to everything I had my young children with me being able to walk around the town, access to buses, malls. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls were quite thin, especially in the quiet of the morning, you could hear toilet flushing it seems the bathroom, was on the other side of the wall where our bed was? |
