excellent location right at the Airport, especially for an very early flight.

Quiet, thought it was going to be noisy being at the airport.

The studio room was very clean and has good space. Great location for the early morning flights out of Hamilton Airport

The beds were very hard and the television reception was poor. Although there was Sky TV, not a single channel was watchable - worst tv reception I have ever seen.

It was conveniently located for the function we wanted to attend.

It's tired and needs a freshen up.

Left an item in my room after I left. I did not like the attitude of the reception lady when I rang. She was uncaring, She didn't give me enough information. I had to ring 3 times during the day before I got her to look in lost property and the room. I found it hard to understand her accent and when I asked her to repeat herself she was very unfriendly and short with me. She did find my lost property though.

The flexibility to upgrade at the last minute - very accommodating. Kitchen staff were awesome!!

Frontline staff need to be more welcoming and friendly.

On arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She was more than accommodating with letting us leave our car there for the 2 days free of charge while we were away rather than having to pay airport car park charges and she also arranged for continental breakfast to be delivered to our room early the next morning as we were catching a 6.00am flight. In the room the bed was very comfortable and there weren’t any problems with noise. On return it was a very smooth and quck process for the collection of our car.

Unfortunetly the night staff forgot to deliver our early breakfast but once contact was made via email later in the day they were more than happy to refund the cost and did applogise for the inconvence.

Great rooms for the price. Nice to see a hotel that was actually cleaned to a high standard Parking and facilities easy to access Friendly staff which is nice and one's that smiled.

Need to tint the windows or have nettings as you feel people heading to the airport or people passing by can see into the rooms. White towels are not the greatest when you are a women and it's your monthly. Also need to have extractor fans in the bathrooms, the small windows do not help. THe condensation build up with eventually mould the bathrooms Conditioner was hard to get out of the small bottle Needed more than one pillow on the beds, extra would be better. Rooms can get very hot, need to modernise the ceiling fans.

the restaurant was fine. Food was brilliant.

The food in the room, was nearly out-dated, the cheese in the packet of cheese and crackers was sticky and nearly off.
