The beautiful sunrise over the harbour. The view from our room was also lovely and the staff were very friendly. The Motor Lodge is also situated in a very quiet location but only a couple of minutes from downtown Napier. We were only able to stay one night. Would have loved to have stayed longer

Loved the outlook to the sea, with no other buildings in the way. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet yet interesting area with great walkways and short distance to restaurant & shops. Would definitely stay at Harbour View again and recommend to others.. Liked everything. One small thing - needs a dress mirror in main room (we were 4 friends in 1 bedroom unit)

We loved this place and would return tomorrow, one night was not enough. The facilities were immaculate and the staff extremely pleasant and obliging. The rooms were very spacious and tasteful with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The locality was absolutely brilliant. Can't speak highly enough of it. Full Sky TV availabilty.

The View The booking in procedure, even after paying a week in advance, and myself not being able to sign the register due to eyesight, was challenged trying to get a adult daughter to do so, who was also booked in.

What a fantastic motor lodge, went out of there way to help, i accidentally booked via the net, the wrong day and they went out of there way to accommodate us. fantastic, will return cant recall anything

The .location was great with a variety of things to see and do. It was roomy and fresh and easy to access. We stayed 4 nights with 3 adults and I thought the room service each day was minimal including the fact that tea bags etc were supplied at a minimum number-4 a day. A tap came off in my hand and when I showed the cleaner, the office manger came into the unit during our meal and asked how it happened.

Great location - handy to Ahuriri and great sea views. Easy walking to restaurants and pubs. Quiet at night time - would be great for families too as very close to walkways and playground. Leaking shower/hot tub fawcett - water leaks onto the floor. Poor tv reception and choice of channels.

Harbour view is a great motel, close to the sea and great views of the ocean, we saw a luxury liner coming into port, it looked so close, was amazing to watch. A very nice motel and we always stay here if we are passing through Napier or just a few days away. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't replace our tea bags etc and only 1 small milk for the 2 days. Pay per nights so should get these each day,
