The folks were very helpful and considerate. It was a wild weather day, and they minimised the delay of checking in so that I could get to the unit and freshen up. Their recommendations for eating were spot-on. I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Very friendly relaxed helpful manager saw a small problem and dealt with it before we needed to ask. Upmarket room yet reasonable price Very clean and comfortable (loved the double recliner chairs) with great views of Marina and seascape Great location Walking distance to all restaurants shops and most attractions There just was nothing to complain about

Only stayed for one night although wish we stayed more, Harbour view motel was beautiful. The owner even picked us up from the Station and dropped us at th ferry terminal the next day. Place was clean and tidy and view was fanatstic. Hope to come again Not being able to stay longer!

The service of the staff was great, it was such a wet day when we arrived they offered umbrellas so we could go for a walk around picton and suggested great places to eat. Will definitely recommend this motel as very clean and modern. Great place to stay

Location - close to town - restaurants - harbour. Balconies with great views of harbour. Room very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Steep access and parking could be a bit difficult for some.

This was a fantastic hotel, with great views over the harbour. The proprietors Kim & Ian couldn't be more friendly or helpful, including showing us around the town & giving us great suggestions for eating & activities. We would choose this hotel again for our next visit.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect with wonderful view to marina and harbour and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Only a minor detail but the water pressure in the shower was very low to the point where it barely trickled out at times. Otherwise everything was great!
