Lovely premises. Clean ,modern and comfortable
The overall comfort of the hotel and the location
I was pretty unhappy that I was accused of being dishonest about having children stay with me by the older blond receptionist. I was told that we needed an extra room for 2 adults, a 5 month old and 5 year old. Where I am from we vacation with the kids in the same room. I was also told that the room has a max capacity of 2. This is absurd to me. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a money ploy because I went through the steps to reserve another room just to take a closer look at the kid situation. Well, all I could find was an extra fee for each kid per night and not an option to book an additional room or anything about "fire safety laws." Total money ploy. Come on NZ, don't you think you make enough money with your absurd expenses elsewhere?
The convenience to the village and all amenities.
No complaints .
comfort, location, the owners polite and helpfull ,
Convienient location, spacious and spotless unit.
Cleaners at adjoining unit had stereo cranked up in the morning which was very annoying, however they turned it off after drawing their attention to this.
Excellent location and great facilities. Staff were only too happy to help. Will definitely stay again in the future.
I paid $190 per night, which is $30 more than a 4+ star hotel with a harbour view in Wellington last week. It said non-smoking but tables offered an ashtray. It wasn't up to a 9.4 rating in my view.
Lovely hosts, lovely location and great facility
