The motel was very nice, clean and the location was great - a very enjoyable stay. Felt it was a bit overpriced for the time of year - $120 would have been more reasonable.

Liked the cost. Comfy and clean. Hosts were friendly and the cat also. Good car parking. There were no complaints.We will go there again.

friendly staff - left room open for our late arrival. Helpful. Clean and spacious. Well situated in the heart of Havelock North, close to wonderful shops and cafes etc. Loved the coffee bag - would have liked two! Great, powerful shower No bedside lamps. Ceiling lights could be operated from the bed but were too bright for romance!

Accommodation was fantastic. Rooms a great size. Good location. Very relaxing Staff saying my kids needed to quieten down when they were playing nicely at front at 5pm in the afternoon!! Hello no one is sleeping then....a little over the top I thought as I'm very aware of others without kids. Noisy bar next door after midnight!

Central location I booked a two bed apartment. I was offered a one bed unit - swapped to a two bed unit on request. What was offered on booking.com was not actual. Internet access very poor

Great location to village shops, easy wlak everywhere in Havelock North. We checked out early as had big travel. Could not raise anyone to pay. Should have paid the day before or been asked if we were checking out before ofice hours. My bad.

Location very close to family. There are some minor repairs that need to be done to the decorating that simply spoil the overall appearance of the decor.

The staff are welcoming and very kind and thoughtful. They had put the heat pump on in the room an hour before I was due to arrive to 'take the chill off' - lovely. Very clean and tidy and well maintained. And great position right in the centre of beautiful havelock north village.

The situation is perfect as village shopping and restaurants are withing walking distance. Owner is very friendly and helpful and unit very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable and clean, and convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. When I arrived my booking from Booking.Com had not been sent through - this is not a complaint about the motel, but about Booking.Com's lack of efficiency.
