The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would certainly stay there again when I am in Hawera. Excellent value for money and very spacious.

Great host, very friendly and helpful. Very nice, modern rooms. Complimentary fruit, cheese and biscuit and chococate in the room. Right in centre of town - easy to walk anywhere.

My elderly mother and I spent 1 night (wish it had been more!) at Hawera Central and had a thoroughly pleasant stay in all respects. the motel was easy to find, beautifully appointed, spacious and very clean. We loved our stay during the Taranaki Rhododendron Festival. The owners were so helpful with local info and also left a small bowl of fruit, chocolate, biscuits as a welcome which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again - very comfortable, quiet and with easy onsite parking and literally around the corner from the main street!

Probably one of the best motor lodges in NZ. Clean, stylish and so warm!

Excellent hospitality and location. Recommended restaurants were within easy walking distance & supplies accross the road at the supermarket. Good kitchen facilities although a small hob would have been utilised. Modern, clean & comfortable studio room with ample parking & free guest laundry room. Would definitely stay again!

A spa pool would have gone down a treat, especially since most of the current guests were there working/on business, as was my partner

Noise from people in upstairs units. No privacy on main ranchslider without having to completely shut the curtains.

Nothing. Great motel for business travel

When booking on-line using Booking.com I was unaware that the account charges are not taken off my credit card that I used when booking. Issue is that when Mr Still left the motor lodge he was unaware that he had to pay the account when he presumed it has been paid directly by the credit card. I received an email from the Motor Lodge explaining the account had not been paid. I now have to pay this account via the accounting system. It would have been easier for the account to be taken off the credit card.

Everything! The staff were lovely and very helpful in regards to suggesting places to eat at and to see.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The amenities were very clean and the staff were very obliging. The owners even gave us some cake for being so clean.
