Once we checked in the receptionist was very helpful and the room catered for my partner and I at a responsible price. Very relaxed scene children enjoyed the pool and spa, and rooms were very clean.

Lovely pool on a hot day, good value for money, friendly staff Parking was a bit cramped around the back, got a good size ding in my door from someone opening theres while parked too close.

The owner/operators are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Making for a relaxing stay. The kids loved the pool and spa, the owners were always happy to turn the spa on for the kids. Really nice hospitality.

Very efficient reply to emails. Extremely helpful; picked us up from train station. Continental breakfast very good. Very clean and spacious. Beds very comfy.Close to shops and cafes. Bus stop adjacent. Need hooks in bedroom and bathroom. Hubby thought toilet rolls could have been better quality.

Units nice and spacious and clean. The motel was very close to the road,a good walk to main shops and seemed very closed in by all the concrete walls-wouldn't stay there again- but not your fault-after all Upper Hutt is not a very exciting place to stay,but had family to visit.For $140 thought it would be better.

The friendly staff especially who when told about a young child in our family party that had gone missing assisted in helping to find her. It had a safe outcome and the concern shown by staff was really appreciated.

The rooms were very clean and serviced on a daily basis if required. My family were unable to contact me at the motel on a number of ocassions even when the reception staff were supposed to be in attendance. I went to settle my account on departure only to find that they had already processed it on my visa card where as I would have preferred to pay cash. I did not sign anything to permit them to do this and they were unalbe to credit my visa card to allow me to pay cash.

The room was comfortable and modern and the bed was fine.would be a nice place to stay in the summer when it's warm. The heating was terrible. I was cold the whole time due to the small gas heater which was placed near the door and didn't give out enough heat. Disappointing since it cost $140 per night!
