Good location, 5 mins walk to downtown. Clean and confortable room with big balcony. Friendly staff, proactive and nice. Offered me late check-out when they know my flight was gonna be in the midnight.

Good location for city centre, shopping and restaurants.

Long walk from main reception to tower block (hotel has two blocks). Not enough free wi-fi time.

The lap pool was in poor condition with peeling paint.

Outdoor pool was closed and I noticed this when I booked, however as that was some time ago and I had been assured by the hotel it would be open by the time I arrived. However it was not, they were very apologetic but it was a major disappointment. Very late with servicing room

Staff were very professional and friendly.

The room was old and too far away from working lifts. Windows didn't open.

Limited food in restaurant at a price! Extra surcharge on bank holiday of 20%. Poor wifi connection. Suggest that this is looked into and provided free to residents 24/7 as in other hotels.

Air con. didn't seem to be working.

The rooms were excellent with kitchen facilities, they were roomy and had everything you could need. The seating area was also spacious and we were even abkle to wash and dry clothes. Location was superb.

The Heritage is a comfortable and luxurious hotel that is also friendly and homely. The staff give the impression that they really like their work and they manage a wonderful balance between respectful service and friendliness.

Loved the bed, would like to know what sort it is so that we can get one. The staff were extremely helpful, and I think we had an upgrade to a wonderful suite, thanks to booking.com

There was only one niggle and that was no fan in the bathroom

Perfect for people from Waiheke - a bit of luxury but close to everything - especially the wharf the next day.

Excellent Location to all the main attractions of the CBD, fantastic room and hotel facilities

Reception staff were very helpful. Valet service was excellent. Gave us an early check in as requested. Nothing seem to be a bother.

I stayed with my sister as we were on route to a wedding, we were delighted with both the helpful staff and quality of the restrauant and will definatey recommend the Hotel and if we have the pleasure of returning to New Zealand will most definatly be staying with you again

I stayed as I wanted to see how they had used to old farmers building. As a ex emplyee it would have been great to see some pics or some reference to the nature of the place in days gone by. it was a big thing in Auckland in its day. Great revamp done.

Blown away with building. Very majestic yet graceful. Loved our rooms spaciousness, cleanliness, and staff were friendly and polite. Security was evident which was a bonus as I felt safe. Would definitely book in again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Centrally located.Good facilities. Lovely crisp clean bedlinen. Excellent breakfast.Staff very friendly especially in restaurant and housekeeping staff.Reception staff seemed to be pre-occupied with other matters.

Building site down road rather noisy.Furnishings a bit old fashioned.
