Easy to book through website. Comfortable. Quiet. Great pool and view Guy at the reservation desk was pretty rude when I rang up about parking and directions. I am a kiwi but would hate a visitor to come across that guy as their first NZ experience. |

It is a very welcoming city in a central position. The staff, particularly on the front desk and the porters, were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and adequate for our needs. My husband was interested in using the pool and fitness centre but found that the lift wasn't working and no one seemed to know about this or what was happening about it. |

I liked the character of the hotel. They kept to the art deco style nicely. Pool with city view was great. Pool was a bit poorly maintained. And some other guests very rowdy. Room lacked sufficient cutlery glasses and saucepans. |

I have got plenty of stuff to carry with me and the concierge did not offer to help at all. When I first checked in I went to the wrong side of the Hotel and the reception staff was not very helpful about directions. |

The reception and attention to our needs relating to room service and transport arrangements were first class, as was the comfort of our room.We would not hesitate to recommend your hotel and hope to visit again. |

Location was good Bathroom facilities - a) lighting was poor b) Shower over bath c) shower faucet was terrible d) Even though a glass screen was over bath water still went everywhere and we had to use towels to mop floor e) soap dish constantly filled with water as no drain holes f) inadequate ventilation. On the whole very sad when you think that it is such a lovely building and the Hotel appears to pride itself on high standards - |

Location and quiet Bathrooms needed a make over. Showers were awful for the money paid for the room. TV poor quality. No newspaper delivery which I would of expected for the cost of the room. |

Great room nice place to stay but won,t be going back. I gave a group booking number when I booked but was charged $20 more than the rest of the group. We were assured at reception that the price would be the same but when we checked out were charged extra and staff were not interested in doing anything about it and as you had my credit card imprint there was nothing that I could do about it. |

My two married daughters and their families got a better deal than me. After two days the manager got to me; he argued, offered me 105 OFF breakfast. I told him I would not come back for two days (two rooms) later the same week And didn't. This guy does not know how to keep international visitors happy, and so loses company money. |

We were wedding guests at the tea rooms, the waiting staff were great and the food was nice. Just feel the Heritage Auckland needs a bit of an upgrade re general colours of furnishings, found it a bit dull and dated.A shame guests staying in hotel need to pay $30 for parking.Otherwise were happy. |
