Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The massage at the spa was wonderful. I had Lisa and she gave a great strong massage. The food at breakfast was awful. Perhaps, that is not correct. It was just like going back to bland not very well done food from the 1950's. |

We booked a room but were given a wonderful suite. It had two upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern well equipped kitchen and separate dining and living areas. It is the best hotel accommodation that we have ever stayed in. The location on Cathedral Square is also as good as it gets in Christchurch. |

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many attractions. Room was very large, well furnished and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fair amount of traffic noise. |

Friendliness of staff. Being charged for internet access - v naughty as it should be standard in the price after all it is 2010 and this is a high class establishment not a rip off joint! Central location was brilliant and the Cathedral cafe does the best and cheapest breakfast in the area! |

Central to CBD,Shops,Restaurants,City Parks. The superior rooms where great and not that expensive. The staff where keen and helpful. The foyer was rather small compared to the rest of the Hotel. |

Classy furnishings, huge bed, comfy, sky tv, close to restaurants on strip, great shower! Huge pillar in room so couldn't see tv around it! And it smelt a bit stale smokey, but wasn't bad. |

Very centrally located right on Cathedral Square. Valet parking means you can forget the car and walk to a lot of the central places of interest. Convenient for Arts Centre, Botanic Gardens, Museum, Art Gallery. Room was not ready for occupation on arrival at 1300 hrs and there really isn't anywhere suitable to sit and wait. |

The rooms in the old building were beautifully converted and furnished and were very comfortable. Because of the hotel's position it is very noisy from revellers not connected to the hotel. |

We stayed with you for 3 periods. In room 809, good space, good natural light, sufficeint comfortable seating for reading, reliable security, kept clean and tidy. In apartment 2, poorly laid out (E.G. hanging space, bedside tables' space and lights inadequate, insufficient natural light at any time of day. |

The hotel could not be more centrally located in a beautiful luxurious building. It is elegant and comfortable and great value for money. The staff are helpful and efficient and we could not have asked for more. |

The room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly. The only thing they fell down on was the requested airport pick we requested via the concierge form on the web site, which did not happen, so double check any such requests have been received. The helpfulness of the staff when we had to cut our stay short due to a bereavement was really good, nothing was to much trouble. |

we enjoyed the location & atmosphere of the Heritage Christchurch, as we were only in christchurch for 24hrs. The Restaurant was wonderful, the staff helpful and lovely food. We look forward to a longer stay next time. |
