Comfortable good price and onsite dining is reasonable price and good standard

Clean, beautiful tidy gardens, great outlook as well, location.

The saving on lighting . Rather dangerous for oldies with no outside lightening under the covered way to the dining room.

Asked twin room - got double ! Toilet wouldn't flush properly - took half hour to refill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff super helpful as booked the wrong date and the staff on reception where happy to help change the date

Good clean comfortable accommodation.

Staff were a bit slack. When we asked about somewhere to eat we were told about pub and not your own restaurant. (Food was good!) Restaurant staff good. Hotel staff not very interested in the business.

I liked the setting, the friendly and helpful person on the desk and in the restaurant. I liked the choice of buffet or menu I liked have a bath in the unit The bed was very comfortable, and the shower (once I got it going) was also very nice.

I didn't like that the shower dials turns around so you don't know where hot or cold is meant to be. I didn't like that you said the unit was 'luxury' but it had a very small telly and nowhere to sit but on the bed which was miles away. Keeping with the 'luxury' theme, the toilet paper was not 'luxury'. I suggest some bath crystals or flowers, or wine that makes it feel luxury. Also we paid $160/night with brekkie which seemed reasonable until we got there and there's a big sign out the front offering the same deal for $145

Pricey. Dining room closed??? Not interested in bar food and no good place in town to eat unless you want to eat very early.

Food was good. Staff were great. Situation perfect. Room was very comfortable - just a couple of issues - see "what we didn't like". Thank you for the opportunity to have our say. Reception busy when we checked out and didn't think to mention these things.

Very high step over the bath to use the shower. Shower plate was not attached to the wall - hard to figure out where 'hot' or 'warm' were. Also toilet roll holder fell off the wall - needs attention - room 92. Friday 25.1.13

The restaurant closes too early. After 9 pm it is impossible to eat.

I liked the large size of the room and it's general out look.

As with all accommodation bookings, I am tired of having to pay for two persons. Why is there not a single persons rate?

Exactly what we expected!!

No complaints

Lovely view and comfortable beds. The location was good if you wanted to go to Mt Cook, the salmon farm or Lakes nearby.

Responsive service. Clean tidy rooms. Excellent breakfast

No air conditioning. Very hot 36degrees recorded indining room. Some confusion about menu available to us. We wanted a la carte menu contained in welcome brochure. This was not available as specialist xmas menu was only choice. Felt room rate a bit expensive for what we had.

Comfortable room for a one night stay, very good facilities, tea/coffee, bathroom.
