It was beautiful and we stayed in a villa with 5 adults and it was perfect for what we wanted, it was a shame that we didn't stay longer to use all the amenities

Fast room service, house keeping daily, friendly and efficient room service staff, beautiful setting, complimentary bus to town and back. Would stay again. Mini bar was far too expensive, so we barely used it. Juice had leaked in the fridge when we arrived, however this was sorted out promptly. The room got quite hot at times and there was no air conditioning. A light outside would turn on automatically at night so quite annoying when trying to sleep.

I love the pool, the views of the mountains, the hotel as a whole is very relaxing. Our room 310 lakeside was quite noisy with the traffic and garbage dumping. The food was not great, the flat whites were really bad.

Location and happy hour Complimentary canapes were restricted to 2 trays. On one night both trays were the same, so if you didnt like prawns you were stuffed. The TV in the room is out of date with todays technology. No one uses old TV with aspect ration 4:3 anymore. In fact we stayed at budget accn in small towns and got flatscreen TVs in the room. No point inbeing able to boon movies that are in widescreen mode but the TV isnt. Most disappointing part of the service.

Mountain views. Spacious room. Quiet Spa pool too small and when a family in theres not room for others. TVs too small for todays standard. Room needs upgrading - all TV amore needs throwing out and replacing with TV table or TV fixed to wall so that you can watch TV from sofa or bed or dining table - currently you are limited. Biggie is small size of TV

Great venue for a big family get-together. Child-friendly, warm & welcoming (loved the log fires), excellent buffet breakfast, very helpful staff. We all appreciated the free bus service. The villas (where our son & family stayed) are exceptional. Would certainly recommend to friends. Maybe shower gel in bathrooms would be good.

The Villas were fantastic, Ideal home away from home for a visit to Queenstown. Well heated especially the underfloor in the bathroom onsuite. I would recommend a stay at the villas to anyone as this is value for money when you can sleep six.

The roomlarge and spacious and clean. Quiet Pool very cold and hotel beginnng to look tired. Remeber pool and fireplaces a s a feature when stayed 6 years ago. It is the previous warmth and pool that was well warmed that made the stay great last time and why we returned.

We liked the friendly way we were greeted , and the set out of the hotel rooms that allowed for a quiet nights sleep . Also the pool and gym area was very good . We didnt enjoy our breakfast experience , it was quite un organised as far as staffing numbers were concerned.

I liked the views from the hotel and when we had any problems with the room it was sorted out promptly for us. Lisa on the front desk was particularly good to us. I thought that the charging of 20% extra for food and drink on public holidays was outrageous. You don't pay a surcharge for room cleaning etc so why the extra for food?
