Hotel was very clean and lovely bed very comfortable. Lots of extras. Well worth it will definately stay at this hotel again. Courtesy shuttle bus into town was good. |

The hotel is well appointed and not right in of the bustle of Queenstown and the free bus service is a bonus to avoid having to walk the steep hill back after a long day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and as I needed some medical care during my stay they couldn't do enough for me. |

The helpful polite staff. The facilities were were great, especially being able to catch the coach to and from the venue. I also liked the touch of having marshmallows by the fire in the house lounge bar area. |

relaxed stay, cordial, helpful staff, lovely surroundings, Not really, although the film crew were there, the staff did as much as possible to alleviate any inconvenience. I do think that each day guests stay at the hotel should be counted towards the loyalty card adding to the total stays to achieve a free nights accommodation rather than length of stay not applicable. |

Comfortable and big bed, nice lake view, lovely clean room that didn't smell like a dirty place masked by cleaning product......eg like skycity Auckland or a hospital. More variety need in breakfast buffet - perhaps a "special" that could change each day. |

Our villa was perfect, the fireplace in the living room was a must. The view stunning, and excellent breakfast. Free bus to town was handy as well. |

Convenient location for Queenstown with fairly reliable bus service. Villa accomodation was modern , comfortable and attractive. It was very suited to 2 families sharing. Teenage children enjoyed the facilities and independence going into Queenstown. |

Very friendly and efficient staff and rooms were always made up very quickly. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Not really the hotels fault but we were in a room on same level as a group of Japanese tourists who tended to congregate and talk very loudly in the corridor both early in the morning (6am) and late at night (11pm) |

Generally the staff were excellent,(please see my comments below). The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. Hotel staff especially the reception were excellent but the breakfast staff were very sharp with their comments apart from the chef, maybe 'mornings' weren't their thing! The breakfast chef was very polite and accomodating. |

I have always liked the facilities available the the Heritage. I like the improvements to movie link. Also the food prices in the restuarant have improved to a comparable rate with other quality hotels. The soup of the day was served excessively hot, burning my mouth and tongue. However the staff didn't seem interested when i sent it back. The offer of some ice to ease the burning, or even a sorry would have been acceptable. However the only comment i heard coming from the staff was " what does he mean, is it to spicy? |
