I like the staff services! Especially tge concierge. They always seem to happy to help us and make us satisfy with things we ask.

the view, the lovely finish. The bottle of wine from management and the personalised card from the GM, the complimentary wine when our room wasn't quite ready.

the fact the telly stopped working twice and the second time noone came to fix it.

Fantastic

Fantastic staff, Nicole on reception, the gentlemen in the bar and the concierge boys. Proximity to the Viaduct and downtown area. Food was fabulous - room service, bar and restaurant. Excellent wine list. The room was well positioned, great view and outdoor area. The arrival of the cruise ship did not disturb us. Loved our turn down service - a great little perk.

A couple of very small things - the little milk containers are not adequate and there was quite a bit of mould in the shower. Arriving after dark we were confused with the valet parking arrangements - i.e. going through the Wilson's ticket booth etc.

Almost 500 dollars a night wasn't worth that much the room needed better cleaning I expected 5 star it was 3 star With 5 star features the room was crap I'm booked in to stay again can't change it non refundable I would say this is by far the worst Hilton I have been too after this trip will not stay there again the room was worth 200 a night max don't be fooled by the pics must just be booking. Com who uses certain rooms cause this bathroom had mould and dirt it's run down

The location and friendly staff

Clean, comfotable room, quite, nice view.

Parking should be included in the room price, reception lady on Sunday morning not very smiley. Our room didn't have loungers and there was no cushioning.

All staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good, the dining room was pleasant and comfortable, with good service.altogether a pleasant stay.

Not in any way did it fee Like a 5 star hotel. Overpriced and not value for money.

the staff, the old building. Stayed at the Sofitel in Auckland days before and its twice as good for the same price.

Staff very good. We were upgraded to a balcony suite because our television wouldn't work.

Next door was noisy.I could hear shrill laughter through the walls. My son rang reception to complain. Beds were too narrow. We had 2 single beds in our room. Normally we would have 2 Queen sized beds. As I have had a stroke I need space to turn over. I nearly rolled out of bed many times.

Location was convenient and outlook was spectacular

Close proximity to the harbour and some very good restaurants.

It was woth paying the extra $20 to have an upgrade to the 7th floor - the view over Rangitoto and Auckland was stunning (and I live in Auckland).

Balcony could have been cleaner - there was an old cigarette butt out there and clearly the floor hadn't been swept for a while.

The great big roof-supporting pillar in the middle of my room and the cruise ship blocking my view of the water.

Elevators were difficult to use

The location is terrific for walking anywhere in cbd and close to lots of good restaurants. The rooms are very nice with beautiful views of the harbour. The common areas are very stylish with beautiful views.

The balcony with beautiful view had no furniture so we had to pull our desk chair and a little table out to sit on to enjoy the view. When we ordered room service we had to ask or another chair as there was only one chair in the room and no where to eat other than the desk.

We loved the room with the sea view and the food was awesome especially the breakfast.

A staff member entering our room with no notice and we were in the bath.
