Pullman Auckland    

Front desk made a mistake about the room size even after I show the booking confirmation paper. The safe box broken three times.

I really enjoyed how helpful the staff were and will highly recommend to others. Also will be where I will stay next time I am visiting Auckland

Alarm clock set by previous guest went off at 5 am ,no towels in room

Internet connections slow and intermittent even when you pay for the high speed option.

It was all graet, we loved it. Clean/quite/close to shops / Good price for services

Check in was welcoming and efficient, front desk excellent. Friendly efficient and helpful staff particularly Mr. Keroghlian. Pool and spa area excellent. We had a suite on 14 floor overlooking harbour which was well appointed and quiet from city noise and very comfortable. Location is a1 in a very pretty university area but a short walk to Viaduct and cbd and Parnell. W had stayed here before under the Hyatt management which was not good, so delighted to have new ethos in a very good city hotel.

Concierge was not up to the mark. Front door was poor in that porters were not efficiently managed, car pickup/drop off always a mess, and taxi call poor. Dining area is too dull and menu not versatile.

Location great and staff helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did a good job.

Room a bit old and small

We stayed in the residences and it was a repeat stay as we have been before and found it to our liking. Nice and quiet spacious room.

Incomplete invoice which overlooked charging for two excursions booked via the concierge.

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and very good value for money. We happily recommend this hotel.

Be aware it is up a slight hill from the city, but pace yourself and it is not a problem - there is nothing we didn't like given the very reasonable price we paid for this 4* hotel

Fantastic suite, great space & facilities, great in room coffee machine. Club access was a bonus with a very obliging team.

we had a suite so plenty of room.about 20min walk to harbour and shops. Breakfast and dinners good.

Location

Staff - I had asked for a Travel adaptor and got a poor repsonse. Reply I got was we don't have 500 travel adaptors. They wanted me to go down to the business center and use the one available there.

Location close to the ferries and main shopping streets.

The view, balcony and bathroom. It was clean

having to find my room.. Went up the wrong lift and couldnt find the one I was meant to go on. No one seemed helpful.

Good position, middle of city. probably one of the best hotels in town. Quite business lounge with good service.

Could use some renovation, little old fashion. Internet charge for high speed.

Comfortable enough and good value- would be an 8.2 for me, except for the policy described below bringing my valuation to a 7.5

The policy of going beyond accepted practice of securing additional expenses by having my credit card imprint: this hotel actually CHARGES $50.- PER DAY up front to cover incidentals, to be credited some time after check out. It annoys me intensely!

location and comfort of roome

Location - nice & clean smoking area outdoors - Friendly and helpful staff and the Spa was very nice. Comfortable lobby and bar. I would stay there again but would like to have a better room.

Room albeit very clean was small and tired and the room was close to apartments where the tenants were loud and rather annoying to have to listen to. The bed may have been past its 'due by date' not that comfortable. The breakfast (cooked) everything Luke warm and poached eggs requested were hard. Would not do breakfast there again.

The staff were very good and the pa and gym were excellent.

It wasn't exciting. For a five star hotel it lacked that extra edge. The rooms were tired and the web photos overplayed what hy were really lke.

My colleagues and I booked a business conference. The staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. The facilities including the rooms were all well maintained. Could not have asked for more.
