The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Centrally located.

Smell from the open drain in the bathroom and the noise from the fridge at night.

We were not advised on arrival that 1/2 hr free wi-fi internet was only available on first floor, so incurred a bill for use from our room. No free internet as offered by some other hotels. A rip-off! No on-site parking, so had to park at nearby casino for $15.00 overnight.

Good location, easy to river and central, tidy, clean, good staff.

Parking, the hotel needs to rsolve that issue. The majority of persons staying travel by car - a little hit or miss and would not like to street park. Saved by good staff mentioning the inhouse parking and booking.

Location and price.

Charge card and refund instead of just storing number like EVERY other hotel I have stayed in. This system has caused issues for me in the past at this hotel due a delayed refund. Having to wait for elevator as one was out of order and lack of instructions on use of key card to operate the remaing elevator meaning a lot of waiting while some fluff around trying to work it out. This particular stay was pressed for time for other events so extremely frustrating.

The rooms we got were not as advertised ie. we booked and paid for a room with double and single bed but on arrival we were given a room with two small single beds. For this inconvenience we were offered a free breakfast but surely booking a hotel is about a decent nights sleep. At breakfast we only had sausage and eggs as the bacon had run out.

Clean, simple and adequate but with great location and attentive staff
