I have stayed at the Ibis Wellington before so was very happy to return. A good, comfortable, no frills hotel in the middle of the city. My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay. |

Location was very convenient, access to the rooms was good, staff were friendly, room had all the basic amenities though would prefer to have more than 4 free channels on the TV The double bed not situated in the corner moved far to easily, the room was to hot at night and the sound proofing was not great to the foyer/ outside corridor as you could hear all the other guests. |

Comfortable beds, nice rooms, tidy - hotel central to location we needed Yes, how we were treated when we checked out. When asked if the newspaper was complimentary, we were told rudely that 'no that are not free'. There was no offer to let us buy one, or no saying sorry but they're not free. But what's more the guy at the desk gave us the printout of our receipt and just walked away. No saying 'I hope you enjoyed your stay'. I actually had to call out to him and ask him if that was everything!!! Disgusting service - left an extremely bad feeling about this hotel!! |

the staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. also the location of the hotel suited us, close to all the sights and far enough away from the city entertainment area to allow for a quiet stay. |

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Ibis and was pleasantly surprised by the the comfort, the cleanliness and size of the room. If I can get a room for the same price in the future than I would certainly stay at the Ibis again. |

The hotels location is excellent and the price I booked it at through a web site, bookit.com ($77NZD) was value for money The lack of notification regarding the availability of car parking. As there are very limited parking facilities, guests should be asked if they required parking on booking, internet or otherwise |

Location was great for where we wanted to be and cost was good @ $99 per night Felt $25 for a parking space overnight was expensive. Beds that kept moving away from the walls..would suggest locking wheels |

It could have been cleaner ... the lift to tha carpark wasn't working and the stairs were filthy. There was vomit in one of the lifts and when we pointed it out it was still not cleaned...for the whole 5 day duration of my stay. |

Great location for a wellington stay. Staff were friendly but not in your face. Would like to have had dinner there but had a prior engagement Noisy air conditioner |

comfortable bed and pillows. Warm would have liked a weekend newspaper on Sat. Could have done with extra towel for hands. Really diappointing dinner and cocktail menu didn't carry the basics. |

The fact that its location is in the center of the city, making it easier to find. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay in wellington city |

Staying at the ibis Welington was very comfortable and I liked the location very much, not only for the shopping but also for the waterfront Only that the air conditioner outside was humming the whole night long!!!! |
