Ideales Hotel für eine Städtebesichtigung, sauberes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, Kleiderschrank dürfte etwas grösser sein, ansonsten alles OK Ausblick war auf den innenhof im 2 Stock. |

Super Preis Leistungverhältnis. Hatte aber auch früh gebucht. Neues saubers Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern. Nur eine Aussicht aus dem Fenster sollte man nicht erwarten. Aber es ist ein City Budget Hotel. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Zumindest wurden mir keine angeboten , aber es waren auch holidays und ich hatte einen Parkplatz direkt gegenüber erwischt.An Wochentagen könnte das ein Problem werden. |

The staff were friendly and useful. They did what they said they would do - there were no let-downs. And they were really nice! I found the shower very small and difficult - no easy way to shave one's legs! And with two of us staying there, there weren't many places to put our makeup and stuff - so in other words, the bathroom's a bit cramped. |

Location was very convenient, access to the rooms was good, staff were friendly, room had all the basic amenities though would prefer to have more than 4 free channels on the TV The double bed not situated in the corner moved far to easily, the room was to hot at night and the sound proofing was not great to the foyer/ outside corridor as you could hear all the other guests. |

Comfortable beds, nice rooms, tidy - hotel central to location we needed Yes, how we were treated when we checked out. When asked if the newspaper was complimentary, we were told rudely that 'no that are not free'. There was no offer to let us buy one, or no saying sorry but they're not free. But what's more the guy at the desk gave us the printout of our receipt and just walked away. No saying 'I hope you enjoyed your stay'. I actually had to call out to him and ask him if that was everything!!! Disgusting service - left an extremely bad feeling about this hotel!! |

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Ibis and was pleasantly surprised by the the comfort, the cleanliness and size of the room. If I can get a room for the same price in the future than I would certainly stay at the Ibis again. |

The hotels location is excellent and the price I booked it at through a web site, bookit.com ($77NZD) was value for money The lack of notification regarding the availability of car parking. As there are very limited parking facilities, guests should be asked if they required parking on booking, internet or otherwise |

It could have been cleaner ... the lift to tha carpark wasn't working and the stairs were filthy. There was vomit in one of the lifts and when we pointed it out it was still not cleaned...for the whole 5 day duration of my stay. |
