The hotel is convenient to the city and has good clean facilities, bar, dining, parking etc. Access to and from the hotel to the airport was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booking by internet is a bonus. |

Location was good, and the shower was excellent. The lack of a 2nd sky sports channel is a disgrace, and the bed was very average. |

the handy location to the shops. Cabs were plenty and everything was local. we were not told to pre book a car park and parking the car was very hard. |

I had organised a weekend away with my two daughters, it was also supposed to be a time for me to recover from illness. We enjoyed being close to amenties. The cooked breakfast, ie scrambled eggs was tasteless, juice appeared to be watered down, our room was next to the lift and laundry, we also had inconsiderate French neighbours in room 103 who came back at 1130 pm each night and partied till 3am .Because of the interconnecting door which was locked on our side we could hear everything very clearly so therefore we had little sleep and I came home exhausted.Unfortuntaley has caused a set back in my road to recovery. Also the shuttle service was not complimentary as stated on your site.Instead of two double beds we had three singles which was okay but not what I paid for. |

I liked that it was close to the TSB Arena, and the shops on Lambton Quay, I liked that it had a restaurant for evening dining and buffet breakfast, service was great, nothing was too much for the stff. I really wanted to be able to make a cup of tea in the room which I could do but had to fill up the jug in the bathroom!,also the room was a bit cramped, but I guess this was unavoidable seeing as we requested a room with two double beds! |

We were greeted with warm friendly service. The same staff member handled our check out and she remembered that we had gone to see a show the night before and asked us how we enjoyed it. We were two friends travelling together so it was nice to get two double beds in the room. |

The location was great for shopping and the events centre. Very well priced compared to others we had looked at. Staff helpful and friendly. would have liked a lock on the bathroom door. |

Simply, I liked the fact that it is right in the 'Heart' of wellington and is was very close to all amenities. Unable to state, as I did not encounter anything that I did not like. In fact I would have liked to have stayed another night. may weel com back for a w/end |

we liked the fact of how close it is in the city. As we were attending an event at the TSB Arena it was perfect for what we required. Breakfast was great. I was hanging out for a decent cup of tea and the brand you are using is not good. Also hot chocolate as a choice for the non coffee drinkers. Otherwise this was all we could fault. Pretty minor gripes. :-) |
