The Ibis is well located right in the heart of the city, whilst being close to the waterfront. The room was basic but all we needed and I would be happy to stay there again. Was a little worried about the lift! Quite a shaky old one! |

The location and the beds / bathroom Not sufficient hanging space for clothes, reception not in a big enough area, gets corwded with coachloads of people. The lifts seem a bit "tired". Insufficient parking. |

relaxing - staff pleasant and helpful - enjoyed meals. Was central to other places - waterfront/wharf etc with lots happening there. didn't have a very efficient extractor fan in bathroom |

Terrible internal room. Electric jugug did not work. Only one coffee cup. Noise from lifts and air conditioning system even when we fif not have our room air conditioner on. |

The location was great, it was easy to get around Wellington from there. Our room was very private and quiet. Bar and cafe onsite was very convenient. |

The central location was excellent, close to shopping, reastaurants, and the waterfront. Within walkin distance of the railway station, Te Papa, Westpac Stadium and Oriental Bay. The room service meal required you to go to the restaurant to pick it up so, room service? |

Central location, parking provided and easily accessed any time. Room was clean and adequate. Breakfasts were very good. I did not realise that the total price of the booking would be charged at the time of making the reservation. As there was no confirmation of a car park reservation I had to make a toll call to ensure this was done. |

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, Booked in and checked out in under 30 secs, made the process very easy. Bathroom smelt odd when we arrived but that was all. |

The easy access to dining room with plenty of space and seating. Good choices with food and regularily updated and refreshed. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Room was cleaned and tidied everyday with minimum of fuss. Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff; they were very helpful. Excellent location in the city. Able to have car parking. Would come again. |

the staff were excellent. Suann is amazing. the way the staff mingled with us was excellent. no smoking facilities. if i was a non smoker i would not like entering the hotel with all the smokers at the front door. not a good look at all. the lack of air conditioning was terrible and made sleeping impossible. many guests complained of the same thing. |
