Location, room was clean and tidy. It was everything we needed.

Its Central location and very helpful reception staff.

Room was small and the walls must have been made of paper as we could hear every word said by the couple next door. Found it hard to sleep due to the volume of snoring from the next room, this was more to do with poor sound proofing than anything else.

It was conviently located for access to city and ferry at an affordable price

Very good price and location. The room was nice, clean and quiet.

It was affordable, great location as we had no transport. Also was great to be able to have two double beds for my girlfriend and I and a nice size room. Only comment I have is I do think there could be a better tv system, and offer more sky channels, also with a hard copy tv guide etc. Also I did fill in my feed back form and gave at the check out.

Very central to everything in the city. Walking distance to a lot of sights, eg Te Papa, cable car,etc.

the restaurant at the Ibis. Vivant. the first night we decided to have a meal there as we were tired after the ferry journey from Picton. we had steak and salad and chips. the steak was awful, very tough and my mother didnt't eat much of it. the salad was just lettuce leaves. the chips were alright. We did mention this to the waitress (who was very nice) , but were offered no discount or anything. In hindsight i should have pushed the point as the meals were around $30.00 and certainly not worth that at all.

Excellent service & good ameneties.

Not very comfortable to watch TV.

Ideal location for the train station, when travelling early morning on the Overlander to Auckland.

Air system in room quite noisy.
