The hotel was in the centre of town, very confortable. The room was good, no complaints. In April we booked this room, 10 months before our arrival, stating that we wanted a room low in the building, because we are always afraid of fires and want to be able to escape easily. We were presented with a room on the 7th floor, higher is almost impossible. I think that is very bad, the hotel having had 10 months to organise something better. And guess what: on the day of our departure there was the earhquake!

The attitude of the reception staff was very positive friendly and flexible--they are good ambassadors There was no one to help with heavy luggage--this is a big negative--we had to get a trolley and do it ourselves. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this cost--I know this as I travel world-wide in my job

I liked everything about my stay at Ibis in Christchurch---the staff, the cleanliness, the price, the convienence, the helpfulness, the accessibility to all that wonderful Christchurch has to offer. I'll stay here again.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab grundsätzlich nichts zu bemängeln. Da es keine inklusives Frühstück gab, waren wir in einem sehr netten Cafe gegenüber des Hotels. Wir waren einen Tag vor dem schrecklichen Erdbeben im Ibis-Christchurch und hoffen, es geht allen Mitarbeitern und ihren Familien gut.

クライストチャーチの中心地、大聖堂より見える位置にあり、非常に便利な位置にある。大聖堂とホテルの位置- により方向が解る。だいぶん古い建物ですが、施設とサービスはよかった。
