location and facilities offered. Room service was very good. Room was comfortable valet parking was slow and receptionists just not very helpfull. Lobby can get very noisey especially in small bar area (half drunken louts watching rugby) not really suitable for kids.Be careful where you have breakfast if you go to the main restaurant as opposed to small bar area you'll be charged extra (not explicit in room rate) you might get a nasty surrprise when you check out. This hotel is more a 3 star than a 4 star. A little pricy for what it is.......but acceptable (only just!) |

Friendly & helpful staff, very central to the city, a very clean and quiet room, no disturbances at all. A clearer indication of the alternative lift down to the city would of saved us time in the first day, and re consider the no phone books policy |

The room was well appointed, clean and had everything that was needed. It was quiet. The bar area was poor and felt like being in a train station with all the people going past. The restaurant was equally disappointing. |

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Careful valet parking. Prompt response to concerns. Liked the ability to open the windows. Fresh milk a real bonus. Two instances of soiled linen - dealt with pomptly once brought to attention of staff. Would have been good to have more sachets of coffee each day - 4 is barely enough (we like strong coffee!). Elevators did not always open level with the floor which could pose a trip hazard. |

We liked the proximity to shopping, restaurants and the harbor. As we arrived late our first night, we ordered room service. It took an hour to get our order and then it was not correct. By then we were too tired to care so we simply ate what we got. |

we stayed as we had a wedding to attend in central wellington and location was ideal. Continue to stay at JC as parking is so easy and can be relied on, as opposed to other hotels where it is first in only. little thing- were offered a paper but it didnt arrive. Didnt follow up on this at the time |

I liked that we booked in easily, the room, the buffet we had at dinner on 19th December, it was top class. Maybe the price of the breakfasts, seemed very excessive to me. |

I have been a frequent customer of this Hotel and I find the venue to be really well placed, well presented (in the refurbished rooms) and just a really convenient place. The rooms are spacious and have all the modern conveniences expected of a more up market Hotel, central city. No - the service was quick and friendly and the staff generally go out of their way to make things right if your not happy etc :) |

Accessibilty to shops and downtown. Comfortable and pleasant staff. Was made to feel welcome by receptionist. Explained everything fully. Have stayed at hotel before on business and would be prepared to stay there again. We thought that the breakfast was average considering the hotel. |

Great location, easy checking in On check in nobody directed us on where to go to get to our rooms - found the lift only to find it didn't take us to our floor - ended up being guided through dinning room by a waiter to the right lift. |

Staff including cleaning staff very polite. We were on a club lounge floor but were confused where to have breakfast. Having gone to the main restaurant we were charged for breakfast rather than the free breakfast we would have got in the club lounge. Although this was explained by us it did not make a difference. The money is irrelevant., However its important to write these bonuses down and where so their is not confusion through oral communication.TV screnes need to be larger. |
