Friendly helpful staff, great location
A very nice place to stay and handy to everything.
Spacious room and the free wifi was adequate for our needs. Hotel central and great to get to places.
food bar staff
Fabulous location, great rooms, friendly efficient staff.
I didn't really like being evacuated at 3am when the fire alarm went off, but that's not the hotel's fault!
Service provided by all staff was very good. Friendly and very helpful. If you hire car use the valet car service. Great price and provides a lot of flexibility
Car park is a shocker. Lane is very tight with sharp corners.
Close walking distance to shops and waterfront. Lovely friendly staff made stay enjoyable.
Friendly staff, great amenities and walking distance to everything
Locallity. Staff. Room size.
Two lots of lift systems
All Internet at all hotels should be freeq
Top of list was helpful ,friendly, polite staff. Excellent breakfast in restaurant with relaxed quiet atmosphere.
I found making the online booking slightly confusing however, rang the supplied phone number and it was quickly sorted by helpful staff!
The service The room
Mix up with our restaurant invoice - someone else's food had been added and ours taken off, very confusing!
There was nothing to dislike.
Very impressed with the hotel. Location on the Terrace no problem with lift straight on to Lambton Quay. Room was very clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
Shower power very weak, the only disappointment
Comfortable room with enough space Good sized bath
Distance of room from lobby Being on a 25th floor
The beds were very comfortable. The concierge was superb. He organized printing for us and a taxi.
I didn't like the restaurant. They were understaffed so the service was slow. My coffee took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. The food was very ordinary. Shower is dangerous with slippery tiles on side of the bath.
very comfortable and a great location nice friendly staff
Position excellent and cost good. Room cramped but beds comfortable liked the size and setup of the beds.
When windows open room noisy
The central location& friendly staff who make it feel like a home away from home.
The entrance from Lambton Quay to the lifts is not a very nice experience at night for a woman on her own.
friendly staff, great location, great food
Very noisy room location, facing atrium, noise travelled got woken at 6 am every morning due to noise from other guests. Pillows were uncomfortable. Room was dark and dingy, min natural light.
Place bit tired Front counter staff at tentative Breakfast staff not very inspiring Room was one of their cheaper ones on 14 th floor and you could hear doors banging in evening. That stopped by around 930.
Friendly staff. Central location. Good food at breakfast.
Charging for wifi seems a bit off these days. Parking seems expensive
Good location for what business I was in town for.
The bed had a lean to it and I felt like I was falling out of bed.
We had a lovely stay staff excellent room very nice really enjoyed our stay.
