Jet Park Airport Hotel  

We arrived while the whole area was experiencing a power cut. Staff were in the carpark directing traffic with torches and keeping order in general. We couldn't immediately access our room, but staff on reception gave us candles so we could eat dinner on the terrace by candlelight. Staff were extremely helpful and a lovely atmosphere existed with candles everywhere and staff checking everyone was happy and had everythign they needed. When we got to our room it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely stay here again.

Hi Guys We came on an International flight arriving 11.30 pm Contacting the desk presented a problem 1 . I had changed my mobile plan before flying an they did not give me roaming which was on mt other plan 2. We had no NZ coins for Phone Information desk were a great help Directed us to a display board with phones opp Mc Donalds We dialled 018 every 15 mins, 5 times pressing 2 for pick up. Still no onecame Dialed again (no 6) but hung on through the menu and got reception who was most apologetic and left immediately to get us Suggest when overseas bookings are taken include the magic phone location for pick up Check to see if 018 still works as it did not for us Kind regards Neil and Tina

It was close to the Auckland Airport, has 24 hour reception (we arrived after midnight from late flight). The room was well appointed, quite modern and very comfortable.

Very good for overnight stay in transit. This was our second visit and we will continue to use your hotel when visiting family in Wellington.

Location close to the airport. Shuttle bus runs 24 hours, cheery, funny bus driver. High quality restaurant. Comfortable, relatively quiet rooms.

The proximity to the Airport. I always get lost in a new city but find that by staying near the airport, there are signs everywhere leading you back there. I was very surprised at the extremely good food served in the dining room and the friendliness of the wait staff.

I found that the beds were not very comfortable.

Close to AKL airport. Excellent restaurant. Great service from all staff. Clean room.

Limited free wifi access.

Nice rooms and reception area

Staff inefficiency. After xhecking in our room was given to another person and our luggage remained at reception, Irritating when tired after travelling.

It was a very well situated hotel with a 24 hr airpost shuttle. It had a nice pool and a large, luxury room and a good, reasonably priced restaraunt.

Lovely to be meet at the door by conceirge, and set the tone for all staff, who were all extremely friendly and helpful. Good range of room services avaiable. I chose to use the restaurant Te Mararoa for dinner and was very impressed with the standard and quality of food. As an overnight stay for an early international flight, the location and pricing were ideal. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and will stay here again when the need arises.

The location was excellent. The staff performance was quite professional. I did not have any issue with pick & drop at the airport. The corridores of the hotel are bit congested.

Smokers area should be improved and made respectable.

Staff were very helpful and friendly
