Jet Park Airport Hotel  

We arrived while the whole area was experiencing a power cut. Staff were in the carpark directing traffic with torches and keeping order in general. We couldn't immediately access our room, but staff on reception gave us candles so we could eat dinner on the terrace by candlelight. Staff were extremely helpful and a lovely atmosphere existed with candles everywhere and staff checking everyone was happy and had everythign they needed. When we got to our room it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely stay here again.

Great brekky - and excellent evening meal

I was there only overnight. Did not eat as I arrived late in he evening before departing for Brisbane early next morning. As an older person, I would have liked to have a shower rail in the shower, apart from that I enjoyed the decor and comfort. As I was travelling to Australia early next morning. I stayed at our hotel for the convenience to the airport and the use of the shuttle service to get me there.

We have stayed at Jet Park Hotel several times before. The staff have always been reliable and professional. The beds are wonderful and the bathrooms spotless.

The toilet seat was a little loose and the plug in the basin looked a bit battered. Next time we may eat elsewhere,not because the meals weren't excellent but because the prices were a bit steep. It turned a quick bite to eat into a meal for a special occasion. ..thinking about it.. that may not be such a bad thing...?

Room was clean, nice & roomy.

Advise a gym is available but is actually 5 min drive away, very noisy fm 7am can't possibly sleep. Given main focus due to location you expect staff to provide correct advice about airport departure, they don't know is better to confirm than stuff guests around.

The staff were brilliant, friendly and efficient and the food in the restaurant was gorgeous.

Breakfast in our room...both were cold and while my partner had the full english , it wasn't very big, no toast either and i had the pancakes which were a lot sweeter than the ones im used to, so a bit dissapointing....especially for the price. No salt, pepper or other condiments were made available either.

Close to Auckland airport

Convenient to airport with easy parking. Comfortable room and good food.

The wait in the restaurant between ordering food and its arrival at the table was excessive. 40 minutes for main course and 25 minutes for dessert. The restaurant was not full but all tables seemed to have the same experience.

Being able to leave our vehicle for free while travelling overseas. The staff were very helpful and friendly both on arrival and departure. The transit drivers to and from the airport were very pleasant and helpful.

Room was comforatbe & clean, though basic.

Lift was not working, breakfast was average, staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.
