Clean modern unit

Thought that the bunk room in the unit a little odd.

family atmosphere

nice cabins ,clean and a good standard. good for the bigger family.

staff needs to listen to what we are trying to say. we were in room 51 and had to sit at side the door step to pick up home page to log on to the net. couldn't get it in the room. this is pretty much the only let down to our stay.

We had a large group with several children. The accommodation was far superior than we anticipated, the lay out allowed the adults to enjoy a glass of wine while being able to keep an eye on the children who spent the entire stay in the playground, pool, or riding the bikes available. It was absolutely perfect. We will most definitely be back. Beautiful villa's at affordable prices. Rate 10/10

Our children loved the playground.

Tea,coffee and sugar would have been appreciated. Also a suggestion, movie night for kids. An outdoor projector and a family movie during peak periods would be wonderful.

Everything the hole set up was awesome

over priced!!!! no comfortable chairs to sit in the evening to watch TV or read. For the price payed I expected a lot more

Great place to stay wouldnt look at any other accomodation unless Kennedy Park was booked up. Napier is a great place lots to see and do.

The facilities that are available.

Minimum 3 night stay for an event weekend. Stinky rubbish collection bin very near to our cabin that seriously needed to be enclosed. N

had trouble initially finding my booking. Person on duty late at night very pleasant but had communication issues due to hos accent.

The pool was great. Complex very clean and tidy.

Was bemused by fact that top ten site showed you Kennedy Park was fully booked , yet booking.com had vacancies. Also thought misleading that could not use top ten card when booking through booking.com (never used before) - not my problem that top ten have already paid them agent fee (what I was told) - I still have my top ten card (should I bother with it?). Was first time I'd used booking.com - you can't add children on their site - so had to pay extra when I arrived.. Booking.com was all a bit average.. Kennedy park complex was very nice.

That they have a swimmingpool and playground + trampolines for the kids.

When i booked i payed with my creditcard when we arived they said payment came not through because it was weekend so i had to pay with my eftpostcard, they said that is happening alot and is very annoying and yes it is annoying, how ridicolous is it than to pay by creditcard in the weekend.

I liked the alive atmosphere. Families everywhere, kids doing things, everyone enjoying each others company and the facilities. There was even an impromptu communal bbq. Awesome family atmosphere but with rooms that held their own privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed it :)

Kennedy park was great all we needed for a one nite stay. restaurantstaff friendly and food good. A very happy stay.

The room was very nice for the family. The park was definitely a draw card for the kids, it has a safe feeling for kids to play for as long as they like and meet other kids in the park.

No couch in room to sit on-but judging by number of beds people need somewhere to eat-therefore table would be good.Although we all ended up sitting on double bed for comfort...

The cabin was pretty nice, I never spent much time looking around but it looked like there was plenty for kids to do.

When I went to check in the girls behind the counter couldnt really have been less interested. They did their job and answered questions I asked but weren't bright, bubbly or welcoming.

The safe environment that it has for children/families.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The motel unit was warm and comfortable, with a great view of the gardens. It was quiet and peaceful. You couldn't guarantee peace and quiet during school holidays, judging by the brilliant playground.

More bedding needed.
