Everything was fine staff excellent The way the booking was done on the Internet was misleading. I believed the price I secured was for two but when I booked in at the motel I was informed it would cost me another $20.00 per night fr my husband, when I queried this I was told it wasn't, the first time this has happened on the booking site.

Great location close walking distance to the bars and cares and all the main shops, plenty of different options for food as well, staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovey small town freindly prople and bay of islands fishing just down the road. Sky tv needs more channels

We were made to feel welcome right from the start of our stay. The rooms and bathroom, were very clean, as were the cooking facilities. We stayed for two nights, had a lovely breakfast, and the lady who ran it was lovely, very helpful and friendly.

The convenience of booking, just prior to arriving and having the room ready for us to just walk in. Everything we needed was there and it was immediately comfortable. ps.. love those beds, nice crisp sheets and so comfy mattress. i was out like a light.. and so was my Mum ;)

I liked the whole thing, the manageress was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. I was most impressed. The actual accomadation was really great, there was 5 of us and it was just so suitable. I would recommend it to everyone. There was nothing I didn't like.

The new Owners are very friendly and trying to go the extra mile I.E. a glass of wine on arrival. The showers need revamping a bit on the old side.

Woman owner very welcoming and friendly. Unable to have a late check-out although I asked in advance and the motel was not busy. Roofers arrived to work above my unit on the first day. Luckily the owner was able to swap my unit for another on the other side which was quiet and comfortable.

Location, size of 2 bedroom apartment was good. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were clean with nice linen. No air-conditioning or fans, no extractor fan in bathroom either. Shower over bath needs upgrading.
