All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

No problems. Easy to check in. Parkin is a bit tight but at least it IS provided and considering it's downtown, that's great. Walls a bit thin so we could hear other guests at times, especially in the hallways. |

The Staff were polite and friendly. Phillipa on the tour desk was particulary helpfull & very good & informative with the tour information. The hotel was a little dated but very clean, cleaners cleaned rooms everyday. Great value for money. |

Vooral de prijs. Je hebt een eigen slaapkamer, maar daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd. Kleine kamers en de badkamer moet met veel anderen gedeeld worden. |

Es hatte eine tolle Lage im Zentrum von Auckland. Es war sicher durch die 24 Stunden Rezeption. K Road war um die Ecke gelegen, was eine erlebnisreiche Nacht in der Vergnuegungsmeile garantierte ( Bars und Nachtclubs). |

Es war so mittel gut,was wirklich sehr nuetzlich war, war die Reisebetreuung vom zugehoerigen Travel-Center.Super war der Preis. Der Service der Rezeption, war nicht so toll, haette gedacht die Leute sind freundlicher, wie in Neuseeland sonst so typisch. |

Ik zocht het meest eenvoudige hotel in de goedkoopste prijsklasse. Dat is dus gelukt, en ik ben tevreden met de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Voor zo'n bedrag kun je niet veel verwachten, en dat deed ik dus niet. |

am oberen Ende der Queensstreet gelegen ,nicht weit entfernt vom Airportbusstop War das Geld nicht wert. Weder Ventilator noch Air condition vorhanden,es war aetzend heiss in dem Zimmer. Sauerkeit fuer den Preis zu wenig, dreckiger Teppich und zu enges Zimmer. |
